I recently had a 3 day trip back to this resort location. All I can say it’s perfect for a diving trip. Everything is there to hand. The front staff as always were very polite and helpful. The diving area is perfect and everything is set up. The food in the small restaurant again was good and cleanliness was apparent. I think the chalets could do with a little TLC but appart from that looking forward to my next visit already. To single somebody I would say Ramy and the dive shop guy. The help they provided via emails when’s set up the trip was definitely recommendable and noteworthy.

First of all, I had to change the first room since it was not the room I paid for ( sea view ) The location of the hotel is perfect, but unfortunately, from the main entrance in the lobby you see how old and not cleaned it is They has a sign that note under renovation Well, the cost was over priced, I wish I stayed in Hilton or Rosewood with talking the same cost Wouldn’t do it again , even if they changed the rooms

During my time in KSA I spent many days, nights, and weekends at the Red Sea Resort Sheraton. Staff were always friendly and prices were good. There was a good mix of locals and out of towners. The waters of the coast were some of the clearest I have seen. We were able to see all sorts of fish, turtles, octopuses, and coral reef. If I ever make it back to the kingdom, it will be one of my first stops. You must check it out!

I always travel to Jeddah and stay at the Le Meridien( which has been excellent) decided to stay at the Sheraton(booked two rooms as I was attending a meeting) APPAULING is the least I can say about the hotel. As a gold member who has achieved over 30 nights in the first quarter, I was treated like a homeless person. Upon greeting, angry unpleasant staff, no upgrade, was placed in another building almost in the parking and parking lot view , but that was the least of my problems. Staff were extremely rude in particular A gentlemen who refused to give me his name ! insisted I depart my room when I was specifically given a a late check out till 5 which was requested the night before, I was repeatedly told that they contacted me 100 of times while I was in training to gather my stuff and leave ! I had informed them to speak to their colleague and confirm that and extension was given. He still insisted that I will be forced out of or later insisted that my card will be charged if I don’t comply. Finally they gave agree to 4pm which then was followed by a phone call to empty the room again!! I can not explain how Rudely I was dealt with, I was spoken to in that tome infront of other hotel guests and my colleague. From now I will not be booking at Sheraton Jeddah , nor will I recommend or book any future bookings for my company. As it’s a waste of money and more so no ethics to deal with human beings. I urge that the management be contacted and the staff to be reported. The way they dealt with me is unacceptable and I request action to be taken. Indeed we have totally failed in meeting your expectations. We immediately met with the manager and the associates involved and have taken the necessary corrective actions and reprimanded them for not being pro-active and alert on duty. We are particularly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the associates attitude. All associates of the front desk are being retrained on guest welcome. We do consider upgrading which is subject to availability and are investigating this issue. We deeply regret what has happened.
