The guesthouse is convientely located in the town centre. The rooms are okay but a bit musty. Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Breakfast was simple, but many of the plates and the floor in the breakfast room (which doubles as reception and lounge) was very dirty. Given the pleothora of choices in Luang Prabang, there are much better options in the same price bracket.

Friendly helpful staff in cehtre of town-short walk to the Palace, Dara markets, River and the Phu Si and other temples near by. We had laundry done here, and the hotel had Wifi and free breakfast - including an Egg Station with plenty of choices. Breakfast included fruit, muesli, yoghurt, juice, meats and salads.

We were to stay here for five nights. The breakfast was adequate and included an egg station. The staff are very friendly and polite. Our room was very nice however there was a major problem with the plumbing in the toilet. The staff tried hard to get rid of the smell to no avail. It needed a plumber. We ended up needing to go to another room for a night then to another hotel as they couldn’t fix the problem. The staff were very kind and apologetic. They did a good job in a tricky situation. The hotel is located a ten minute walk from the night market. There is a small shop across the road that sells beer etc.

Hotel is about ten minutes walk from the centre. The staff are friendly. The room are basic but clean. Breakfast is ok, plenty of choice, especially if you like eggs. Laundry is cheap for a hotel. They will organise a mini bus to the next destination for you.

While the hotel staff were nice, the rooms were clean and the location was convenient I did not particularly enjoy my stay at this hotel. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress had no form, the pillows were like bricks and even in the middle of the day the room was dark. Having said that, I didn't pay top dollar so I figured it still wasn't bad for the price. What really annoyed me is that at check out I was charged $10USD for my room key. Not because I lost it, but because the key chain they put on it had broken. It's an oversized piece of plastic with a tiny hole very close to the edge. They must break all the time, it's a poor design. But 10usd seemed excessive to me. I never argue with hotel staff because I know they don't make the rules, but left on a sour note.
