This hotel could be rated higher but for a number of things that need changing. We got stuck in a room all the way in the back without any outside sitting area and overlooking the street. It was at least 150 feet from reception and then up a flight of stairs. We were told they were sold out so nothing...

We planed to use the swimmingpool. But we had no time. We could have stayed cheeper. But the hotell was very clean. And close to the market. The people worked were friendly. Give a bag for breakfast because we left 6.00 a.m.

This hotel is the classic example of how to ruin what could have been a very nice hotel but is unfortunately very badly managed. The staff is not smiling, unresponsive and obviously do not care about client satisfaction. The breakfast is awful, the room smell sewage, hot water is erratic, wifi very unstable, the gym equipment is broken, etc. We...

This is a friendly hotel in the heart of World Heritage listed Luang Prabang. The staff are very friendly although quite laid back. The rooms are average and the beds are comfortable. Some of the rooms have better views than others (ours looked out over the staff kitchen). This hotel can be quite busy so at breakfast can be a bit...

The rooms are in the beautiful garden with the swimming pool. The hotel was clean, I can not tell anything against. Only the staff in the breakfast time was little bit slow. The location is perfect, night market and all tourist places are closed.

All the comments here on TA were from before the renovation! All rooms at the back side are fully renovate and looks really nice now. Spacious rooms with amazing balcony, jacuzzi in rooms etc. Swimmingpool is a plus! Beautiful garden! Location is really good as well, just few minutes walk to the center of town.

Stayed in a premier suite and the room was clean, modern and overall fabulous with art from local artists for sale in the room. Had a great balcony view from room M3 of the swimming pool and garden. Everything was just excellent and we were very pleased 😌 with this three star hotel at a reasonable rate. Walking distance to...

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Very comfortable premier suite. All the amenities and a pool. Loved our second floor balcony. Room is big and well appointed and we are within walking distance to most things. Staff are very friendly and although they are doing some expansion / construction they pros far outweigh the cons. Loved the pool and comfortable...
