While I was staying there that night, the room gets very hot and humid ,so I ask one of the staff to turn town the temperature of the AC ,so he did but informed the owner about it which I don't understand why should he do that ,later on the owner just came into the room ,turn the AC back to to 25 degree, said it's a budget hostel ,we need to save the electricity blahblah , however in fact his hostel has the most expensive dorm(10USD)bed in luang prabang ,and doesn't even have hot water for shower ! So I tried to argue with him about that ,he gets very angry and aggressively rude , yelling and shouting ... this guy doesn't have any sense of hospitality nor any idea of customer service . So I just packed my stuff left!

The bunk bed is big and comfortable, because there are set in stone, so no vibrations and noisy from the one above or below you. Wi-fi connection was good, pool was nice and there are a lot of place to chill. Staff were nice and helpful. The location was a bit far from city center, but they provide a free tuk-tuk to city center twice a day.

Overall average hostel. Rooms are ok. Plastic covering beds is annoying. Very hot rooms during the day. So no lie in possible. This is a more expensive hostel in luang prabang and it doesnt live up to its price tag. The distance out of town is a nuisance. And they capitlise on this by charging double for the drinks at the hostel. The vibe isnt really there Because of this. No refund policy so if you have to leave early they wont refund anything. Overall ok stay but have stayed at far better and cheaper in luang prabang.

**info on area at bottom** This hostel was so well kept and the staff really took care when cleaning. They have a pool (which was cleaned every morning) and sun beds on a decking area. The rooms were different and very cool. They had a light, hooks and charging points by every bed. Small lockers for valuables were also available in the room. There were no locks on the door, however this didn’t bother us. The staff were extremely lovely, they would book tuk tuks for us (usually about 10,000-20,000pp to town). They served food like chicken nuggets, chips, spag Bol but this was more expensive than the town. Drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast in the mornings was so good!! We had the nicest pancakes and banana. I would 100% stay here again if I were to be back. Local area - must see the night market! And the sandwiches there are amazing. During the day, visit the palace or day trip to the waterfalls for about 40,000pp return. Night life, utopia! After that’s closed everyone heads to the bowling alley and it’s such a good evening.
