The rooms are very nice and clean with a spacious bathroom. Also the terrasse/balcony is a plus. There's bottled water, a fridge with beer and some soft drinks, bathing robe, slippers, umbrella. Also they have free wifi and free bicycles(!). Two negative aspects: The Hotel is a little bit off from Mt. Poussi and the Nightmarket (around 15min by foot... More

I spent 5 nights at this hotel to wrap up a 2-week vacation. I must say that I stayed in 5 nice hotels over those 2 weeks but this 1 was the best. My room was great - hardwood floors, well cleaned, bottled water provided, robe, slippers, toiletries. Breakfast was great - I particularly enjoyed the home-made yogurt, which I... More

Lovely Hotel my favourite by far from my Laos travels. It has a lovely river view and is a 15minute walk to the main area - you do have to go over the old bridge though which is a bit rickety but I'm assured is safe. The breakfasts has a large selections and runs until 10am! Only negatives are that... More

if you want a quiet place to stay in Luang Prabang , this is the place to go. Across the river still quite close from the city centre, but not inthe midst of all the hundreds of shops & guesthouses. Service is good, the staffs are very friendly. They are building a swimming pool to be finished around oct 2016.... More

We stayed at the Bel Air for two nights as we'd pre booked online. Turns out it would have been cheaper booking directly with the resort. The location is a little out of the main town center and has a lovely garden setting by the river. We found it expensive for what's offered compared to other places Luang Prabang. The... More

We stayed here in July and to be honest it wasnt great, the rooms are clean and it is affordable, the bikes are good quality but unfortunately the service wasnt very good during our stay. definitely stay here! its affordable luxury and the staff are incredible. The manager bent over backwards to help us, even sending things back home for us because I left them behind accidentally. we loved it here and if we go back to luang prabang, which we would because we loved it, we would stay here again

In my opinion, Le Bel Air is the best choice in Luang Prabang. Unlike most of the hotels there, Le Bel Air has a nice green territory and offers wonderful views of the Nam Khan river, which is especially pleasant during breakfast. The restaurant and the gym are on the terraces so that one can ejoy the fresh air and... More

We were a large party of 13 and they looked after us very well and were not overwhelmed looking after us as one group. 8 of us also needed an early (6.00AM) breakfast as we were setting out on a road bike ride at sunrise and they had no issue accommodating us. I think people make places and these people... More
