Stayed for 4 nights in February, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean, a good shower and complimentary toiletries. The breakfasts were good with a reasonable variety of food to meet all tastes. I especially recommend the banana bread. Staff were unobtrusive but friendly and helpful .well situated within walking distance of the Mekong and main sites. A pleasant ,relaxing stay. Loved enjoying some quiet time on the balcony overlooking the garden would certainly stay again.

Well located close to the main area . Clean and well appointed albeit it an older property . Attentive staff. Greta selection for breakfast. Turn right at the end of the road and you are minutes away from the river with boat trips and a selection of restaurants, Turn left and you are 3 minutes walk from the main street , shops and restaurants I believe it is one of the better hotels in the area

From the outset, the staff showed that you as a customer were valued. Located on the edge of the heritage part of Luang Prabang, this accommodation is walking distance to everything....night markets, day markets, the river, many many restaurants and cafes. Built with almost a romantic Asian style with dark wood shutters, the room amenities are modern and clean. The breakfast area which is between accommodation blocks is airy and the food is tasty and fresh. We were checking t our as we are bringing a group back to Luang Prabang in Sept/Oct 2020. It was a great choice

There are many guest houses in this town . Our stay was nice. Not much interaction with the front desk. People at breakfast did not understand English. Breakfast was nice . Room clean. Room 26 gets a strong charcoal cooking smell each day from the neighbors. Nice location ...

Friendly and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had hot water in the shower not in the sink, so be aware. Morning breakfast was outside and pleasantly cool. There’s a rooster that sounds off every morning around 5 pm so if your a light sleeper or a late riser, something else to think about. Great location between both rivers with lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping.

Stayed over the Christmas period, lovely hotel, easy check in, room offered great balcony view over the gardens. Owner brought out croissants for breakfast on xmas day (nice touch).Location close to main street but really quite....apart from the Roosters in the morning who seem intent on waking everyone up at 4.00am. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The hotel was clean and quiet, yet in the city centre, so easy to move around and visit the various restaurants, bars, temples and the river on foot. The hotel has nice gardens, amazing since it is in the city centre. Breakfast was reasonable in terms of variety, and staff were very helpful. We were able to give alms to the monks who pass by the front of this hotel at 6 am daily, courtesy of the hotel which provided us a basket of sticky rice and it was a great experience. Free wifi.

We were booked this villa by our tour company so it was chosen for us, we probably wouldn't have chosen it ourselves. The villa was nice enough, staff were welcoming and the room was nice but very dark. The downsides were that we got woken at very early hours of the morning everyday by the roosters next door and we never had any hot water in the bathroom. We asked the staff to check this and they never came, asked a second time and when they came they said the barely warm water that was coming out of the shower was normal. For breakfast we were given various options of sliced bread, baguettes, cereal, fresh fruit, noodles and soup as well as tea, coffee, water and orange juice. There was also the offer of eggs could to your preference (omelette, fried, scrambled) so a fairly good selection.

Quiet except for the roosters. Centrally located. Comfortable, clean with a pleasant staff. It gets cool at night so bring a jacket or a hoodie. I visited Vientiane, Vang Vieng and Luang Prabang. This city is by far the best. I will visit again using this hotel as a base for trips into the countryside.
