Nice and clean room. Staff was overly friendly and they always smile, very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Wifi a little bit slow but most of the guesthouse I stayed in Myanmar had the same problem. Highly recommended!

The best guesthouse we stayed at in Myanmar. We had a twin room with a window, fan and shared bathroom and can't fault any of it in any way. The staff were extremely polite, so nice and helpful, the room was big and clean and the beds comfy. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was great with good pressure...

At first glance the hotel is ok. What makes it over priced and below average is the terrible service, super hard beds, bad pillows and the noise from the street. The main girl at reception is rude and inaccurate. Piscina area has only 6 hard wood chairs. When watching a movie the staff changed the cable TV to watch futebol....

Taking into account how expensive the average myanmar accommodation is, this guest house has a fair price (about 14 dolars for a double room with breakfast). The room was clean, there was hot water in the shower, and they have a roof top where we had a coffee. Besides, the staff is very friendly and helpful, something that unfortunately can't...

I really liked the place and the stuff . The rooms and breakfast are very basic but acceptable for the price range , I wish they replace the foam mattress to something a bit better. Showers boiling hot , clean and with good stream . The only issue for me was the fact they had flees . Yep , was...

Stayed one night only but I'm totally sastisfied. Staffs were kind, helpful and our check in process was smooth. Room was very clean and amenities are great too. The best part is their breakfast buffet as they have local and international delicacies though their pastry section needs some improvement. Everything was great! We really enjoyed to stay at this hotel....

The hotel: Lovely hotel, dorm room was clean and well kept. Nice touch providing towels, water and toothbrush every day as well as making the beds. Was a very welcomed change from the budget hostels! Not much atmosphere in the hotel and they only had no spare keys for the dorm room, but the staff were lovely and walked the...

We had a good stay in this place. Our room was big and bright with clean sheets, confortable bed, fridge, chairs and desk, and 3 windows. The staff was very nice and efficient. Breakfast is the standard toast and egg with coffee and fruits.

We stayed one week at royal guest house because during the Waterfestival it was really hard to find an accommodation. We had two different rooms. The first one smelled very bad, there was mold on the walls and no window. After the Waterfestival we could move to another room (we asked the staff). Nice room with window, small balcony and...
