Room 1101 had a lots of problems with leaking A/C, broken safe box and leaking bathroom sink, but polite lady named Ahlem from reception desk, sorted out all of them. Without her presence at the desk we were desperate. If you have a problem , just ask for her. The hotel is old, but cleaners doing their best. Food is tasty, restaurant is very busy, but good idea was to open another one to reduce the large number of guests in peak times. The beach could be cleaner. Animation team is excellent.

We stayed in the Riadh Palms at the beginning of August. Overall we enjoyed your stay. The Hotel is old and very worn looking, but we found a to be very clean. The mattresses were quite new and comfortable to sleep on. The pool was great, but surprisingly hot. The beach was clean and the location of the hotel is perfect.. The food in the restaurant was quite good and the drinks were fine, including large bottles of water to take away from the bar whenever we wanted. However, there are two things that let this hotel down. The first is a serious lac of glasses in the restaurant and bar. Drinks were serves in tiny plastic cups. I can Understand this at the pool and beach, but in the main bar and restaurant? We also often had to hunt for knives, forks and even serviettes in the restaurant. I don't blame the staff, they try their best. Perhaps the hotel feels they don't have to try hard, as they make enough with package tours. But I believe they should put a little more effort into the organisation of the bars and restaurants. Tip, we found that Aziz restaurant to be quieter with very professional staff, Sonia was especially warm and helpful.…

The hotel and hotel room is in a very poor condition, old, used, dirty. In general the people are very unorganized. Some staff members are great and try to make your stay great. The restaurant is dirty, bits and pieces of foods everywhere. The animation programs are great. There is no beach bar even though the ad said there is one. Outside you may only drink non alcoholic drinks, beer and wine. Other alcoholic drinks are served only inside. There is a lot of food so you won’t have a problem with this. In general I would recommend to pay a little bit more and go to Turkey.

Overall, the hotel is good but not advised for family especially conservative family if it were like that I would rate it five stars. Everything is working well precisely the restaurant system although they were lots of guests , we never felt any pressure

I was in this hotel in June this year (2022)and I am delighted! The hotel itself is very beautiful, but the best thing was the team that entertained guests every day, I was never bored. Every evening there was a show in which the animators participated, but also the guests, and there were always dances in which everyone participated, as the DJ played cool music. The crew is very involved in what they do, they are very nice and encouraging with their attitude. One of them, Mario, who is always smiling and positive, provides guests with aquagym, zumba or steps, so it's great entertainment. And it is him and his charming character that is the reason I am going back to the hotel in September and it will certainly not be my last time.

At first, we arrived for vacation, recharge and relax. It showed that we choose wrong. Even without big expectations, disappointments started as soon as we entered dinning hall, but as fresh arrival we thought that we were bit late for good lunch. This hotel, have potential-no doubt, but what happened with management that would be a mystery. It looks like recently they had some construction works there....and it was absolutely no need to clean construction debris from the beach..... so as you walk in sand (especially closer to hotel) and step on something and poke yourself do not be surprised if you see piece of concrete, brick or tiles..... Shade is good i must admit it, and that would be maybe best part of this story. Please, let me get back to arrival again, it would be unfair not to mention 2 friendly faces of this hotel(unfortunately never asked for their names)......one man that took our luggage and escorted us to our rooms, and other one is girl who worked in restaurant, and did all she could to make guests at least little satisfied-i must say we are grateful for that. THANK YOU. to resume all this suffer 7 days mostly same food-greasy and heavy, long lines and lack of silverware(and who knows what else when you end up with medical assistance and medicaments) Restaurant service-quite unpleasant (except one mentioned above) and messy. Front desk, even with smile-bunch of failures (no money to do exchange) and ... i read this comments about "best animation team"-who are absolutely invisible, and not in mood for entertaining....it is long way in front of them to be best. for 3 times being in Tunisia, this one is absolute failure. maybe once upon time this was 4 stars hotel, but now even 2 is too much. so...if you want to go on vacation, this is not hotel for that-AVOID IT.…
