Had a great time the atmosphere is friendly, with efficient and effective service and staff. The restaurant and food is good quality and displayed like a 5 star rating, especially the salads. The animation team were outstanding and catered for everyone whether French, Italian, German, Albanian, Tunisian etc as well as English.

What can I say. This note is amazing from start to finish and we are still here. From check in to animation to food. The animation team Heidi, Roberto and Joseph and everyone else are the absolute best. The days have been fun and relaxing and the nights have been amazing. So much entertainment. Staff and guests are so friendly. Made many friends. Different cultures doesn’t matter when you are in this hotel. The food has been the best I e experienced in an all inclusive. Plentiful and tasty. The rooms are comfortable and the view from our balcony, room 323, is picture perfect. Like a postcard. We are already wanting to book again. No faults really. Only minor inconvenience such as not enough plug sockets in the room and they didn’t have Malibu or Tequila but so what. Lots of other drinks. Staff can’t do enough for you especially the waiters who save a table for you and have your drinks ready and waiting. Everyone is so bloody lovely. Will be sad to leave on Friday. …

The perfect place to come too, everyone that works here are amazing and very friendly, will help you with anything you need…I’ve never come back to a place but I can’t wait to go home and book this place again. The animation team, Hei Di and Roberto are amazing and so fun. I have no bad words to say.

Roberto, Heidi and Joseph have been brilliant. On our first night they set up bingo with music, it got everyone up and joining in. Then this afternoon my family and I played darts with Roberto. Which was brilliant! They have been absolutely amazing so far and can’t wait to see what they have in store for the rest of the week.
