Arrived at lunchtime, reception check in and porter pleasant and helpful, refreshments on arrival. Remember you need pay 3 dinars per night tax. Safes fridge available at a charge if required. Rooms very large and clean with very large balcony. The toilet and bathroom are separate. The shower is over the bath. Some persons may have problems using. Restaurant. Only the one for breakfast and evening meal. You choose your table and keep that table for entire stay. Service very good , food always hot. Fish, beef, chicken, pasta on every day also soup and salad. Always plenty of fruit which personally I prefer to cake. Bar is open 10am till midnight. Tea, coffee and soft drinks self service. Also cake and pizza available between lunch and dinner. Bar always clean and good service from Ben in the daytime. Animation - darts, tabletennis, aqua aerobics in the daytime. There are also children play area, crazy golf and netball and tennis courts. There are issues with the hotel but these are being resolved as with everywhere COVID has a lot to answer for. The hotel offers locals to have swimming lessons at certain times, obviously the management are trying to bring in extra revenue. The shop is open daily by Ali Trips and spa treatments can be booked around the pool. The hotel also hosts conferences so the hotel often has Tunisians in the hotel. I found all the staff helpful and approachable and happy to help. The hotel is ideally situated for going to Port El Kantoui and into Sousse. REMEMBER A SMILE AND MANNERS COST NOTHING.

It is good to visit Tunisia but the barrier lies in visiting the right place, the trip was good, and when the bus arrived at the hostel we had to get off and the place was crowded with cars (there is no designated place for bus parking). The room is good and clean but the TV is rare antique , but for someone not interested in TV shows it might be fine. The drinks are inside the bar but you may wait too long for the waiter to come out of the service room as he is busy with something else, there is no waiter asking you what you want to drink. In the Entertainment Square in the evening, you have to walk a long distance for some people like me (200 meters) for bring a drink and at that time you miss half the show, also the hotel allowed and is open to single men who do not live in it, and they take the time from morning to night drinking and opposite the women while they wait, who is the girl who will pass. Food is limited and not a clear dining program in all hotels is suspended. The workers really work hard, the entertainment runs from morning to night around the beach and the pool. You see them passing by and they ask you for a few moments. I think their number is limited (two people it's not enough I think I saw how much hard they work) so I think it's hard now to find a 5-star hostel that works with that number, yet they are thankful for their good work. But it is somewhat limited compared to the 3 and 4 stars hostel, and I think the reason is clear. The only animation program hanging by the door of the restaurant, but there is no water polo there. Also, the reception workers are grateful to find solutions to overcome the problems with the rooms and the cleanliness, but they are a little slow. This place is good for someone like me who have a companion with him guarding him but the people coming from outside they dont stop harassing the women..

Hotel is bit older, but still they keep the property and rooms clean. Everyday our room was perfectly cleaned. However the elevators were quite problematic- usually one of them out of order or both. The reception didn't care - it's not their business, like all other complaints. If u come with question- I Dono know I don't care. Lobby bar and reception with no air conditioning and very poor wifi connection. U Are allowed to smoke in lobby bar, but as there is no air condition, the smoke is everywhere around the reception. And reception should be non-smoking. Bars at pool and beach are opened for all inclusive guest till 5pm and then you have to pay. If u don't want, u have to go to hotels lobby bar. Restaurant was very poor - not too many changes in the menu, most of the food spicy (harisa and onion almost in everything), food with no taste. But still you can find your lunch. Animation team, well if you can call it animation - playing laud music by pool. That is masterpiece. On Friday they made "tanura show", guys came late and the show...well.. three guys with drum and two flags walking between tables, another one with jar on head and lifting up skirt on ladies...we had to leave, this is ridiculous and nothing to do with some entertainment. The hotel allows single Tunisian men to enter hotel or beach. So they spend days and evening by drinking beer and starring at ladies. This is very disappointing and harassing. Beach, as is presented private, is actually not. It should be only for hotel guests, but there were coming guys from outside, sitting and drinking. Beach is watched by security, but still anyone can enter, walk around. However our beach was clean every day and as we walk around, so far one of the best. The new management has lot of thing to do to change the place to better. It's nice place with good potential and nice beach.

On arrival was greeted by a porter to take my luggage to reception to book in. Greeted by lovely receptionist. Booked in easily and quickly and served refreshing drink then taken to room. Remember on arrival you are required to pay 3 dinar per person per day tax. Safes and fridges are at an extra cost. The bar is open 10am till midnight all inclusive option. The hotel is old, the lifts slow and do occasionally breakdown so if you have mobility issues request lower floor. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. My room was very spacious and clean. All the staff work hard and all very nice. The food is what I expected for a 3 star budget hotel. No complaints always a good selection. All the staff worked hard. The animation team (2fellas) worked hard and did their best. I appreciate that as a solo female (pensioner ) traveler they checked on me every day. ALL IN ALL A VERY PLEASANT STAY BY MYSELF WHO WAS ON HOLIDAY TO REST AFTER BEING VERY ILL. ALL I WANTED WAS A QUIET BREAK WHICH IS WHAT I GOT. PLEASE NOTE. This hotel allows locals in to use facilities to also help to get monies to provide better facilities. This hotel is not suitable for persons with mobility issues.

The room are dirtyand if you don't pay to security ,she don't clean perfect. Moreover they use our cosmetics. No animation for clients just music from PC and animator who can't use special programm to mix songs. No animation for children. In end of our holiday they doing something to make fun like karaoke, quiz. In restaurant was dirty, eating not good. Oneday they gave old Fish and it small a lot. Everyday you eat this same :Fish, pommes or tunisian food. Moreover they don't give drink in clean glasses, sometimes you Got sprite and it was yellow color because they take sprite from other glass. This same with beer (they gave old and then give clean beer to glass). Cats in restaurant . In swimming pool toboggan isn't open. You must go to security and say to open. Water was dirty and a lot chemical inside. They don't do a lot animation in Water. Really I don't back again to this hotel. Please change hotel if you can
