So worth the money. We were on a 16 day tour group vacation. We came to Alexandria and were put up in the Plaza hotel right next door to the 4 Seasons. We ran like hell when we saw the rooms and luckily the 4 Seasons was right next door. We paid the extra to avoid having to spend another minute in the Plaza. Everything you can expect from the 4 Seasons brand. Phenomenal service and luxurious rooms and restaurants. The Egyptian Pound is very low so you get a great deal staying here. At any cost I would have moved here but seeing the price it's a must when in Alexandria. Accept no substitutes.
We've been wanting to visit FS Alexandria for a long time and we decided to book last minute (the night before our stay) one night before heading to the North Coast. Unlike many hotels, reservations stay late so booking was easy and smooth. Check in was also fast, staff is welcoming and each details is well thought of. We booked a pool terrace room, room was spacious and had direct access to the pool. Room had treats and mini robes for my boys which was highly appreciated. Room view was unfortunately not the best, the room was 2 steps lower than the pool so you can't see the pool from the room at all and it's a bit dark. I think next time we will opt for a Sea View room. When we arrived it was time for their Friday Brunch so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant by the beach has a beautiful scenic seating and the food was nice with lots of options. Entertainment for the kids was highly appreciated as it it meant we can enjoy the live singers and eating in peace :D. There a two big pools, one in the main building where our room was located and the second one is by the beach, which is the one we spent most our time in as it had the best vibes. There is a big kids area by the beach which was plus. Breakfast was also served at the beach restaurant, options were very nice however the service was a bit slow considering there only a few people. Check-out was smooth as well. They had cold water bottles prepared for us to take which was a very nice gesture. A staff member helped us with directions and was extremely helpful, he even gave us his phone number incase we got lost or needed his help. The resort is big, has a beautiful layout and it has something for everyone. It's almost hard to believe that this calming resort is in the middle of the hussle and bussle of the city. We can't wait to go back for a family getaway.…
A wonderful experience! An incredible attentive, friendly and professional team! Decor, a beautiful balance of ancient Greco Alexandria to a more modern Arabic feel! A grounded, modern and opulent atmosphere. A creative menu and excellent food in all three restaurants. Tiramisu in Italian restaurant was an extravagant experience and the best I’ve had! I felt at home surrounded with the soul family. It was hard to leave!
A beautiful hotel . From the door man to the manager this hotel speaks of top class service . We enjoyed our stay here . The buffet breakfast combined by intro to the good and on hands table waiting is an experience . A must if you are in Alexandria.
The hotel has a perfect location to enjoy and spend a nice time on your vacation. The staffs are amazing and ready to help with any concerns maybe you have either for the hotel or where to visit. I think just need to use the technology and more housekeeping
A very nice hotel, clean and luxurious. A tiny problem created by the hotel booking unnecessarily and resulted in a sleepless first night. However, this was rectified by Mr Hany Shebl, very sensible man. All in all, very pleasant and comfortable stay.
A beautiful 5 star hotel facing the Mediterranean ….awesome views . Our room was very spacious , large bathroom , great balcony, comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of selections . Wonderful staff , excellent security , great ambience . An Egyptian employee showed us how to enjoy Egyptian fava beans for breakfast . Ate at the Italian restaurant , beautiful room , great service , food just ok . The seafood linguine had just 3 clams , one mussel, one shrimp ….disappointing. The Lasagne was just okkk . Starter of Burrata and tomatoes didn’t live up to anything Special . But the dessert was phenomenal ….Tiramisu . All in all I love this hotel for so many wonderful reasons . The bar on 3B is great , love the paneling and atmosphere. Great bartender and the bar has a cigar humidor . Everything you want in a 5 Star hotel .…
Location, service & upkeep was really good. Staff was warm & helpful. Breakfast was a delight with the staff paying personal attention to all guests. The property has a fabulous view & is centrally located. The heated pool & jacuzzi area was nice too.

All what you may think about for the most relaxing and luxurious break in Alexandria is offered in Four Seasons. We had a very nice winter break there (thanks to the attentive, welcoming and supportive staff, to the super comfy and clean rooms, and the fancy facilities..
