Bad experience especially in business (late arrangements, bad sound system, bad beverage, no support during the event) as for the room (a poor one)... in general, no good hospitality, not sufficient support and not to advise with
As usual this is a great hotel and very attentive to its guests. Excellent amenities, Always you feel you are in your home . it was such a joy to stay in. I would like to thank Mahmoud Gamal, Christine, ( Ahmed and Hassan ) . Doaa ( HK ) for their caring and warm hospitality.
Great location (next to the corniche) although service/cleanness may not be worth the four starts the hotel claims to hold. The view from the terrace is great although strong winds may discourage long stays. Pleasant (short) stay overall.
Stayed first on the "executive level 11". The room was decent, but had a laboring AC to get things cold. Bed was comfortable, and decent bathroom for all things. Check in was good and all staff were very good. Breakfast area was decent buffet selection. Stay there you get a 4star 2nd stay was another room several floors down, well worn carpet there, noisy from the road below, hard to sleep. Weak AC, terrible shower setup, with a base and a shower curtain hanging from ceiling. But it sufficed. Stay on this level is 3star. Location is decent in Alexandria, you are surrounded markets on the streets, but you are never far from Corniche or short walk to restaurants and pharmacies shopping.
We had a short 1 night stay at this hotel and wish it could have been longer. This is a lovely hotel with super friendly staff ! We were greeted warmly and given fresh juice. We were upgraded to a larger sea view room with a nice fruit basket waiting! Hotel is in a great location - just a few blocks away from the promenade and the sea - it’s great for walking. Between the lovely hotel and friendly staff and great location I would definitely recommend this hotel - we loved it!
I stayed in Cherry Maryska for 8 nights . These were my best 8 nights in The whole vacation in Egypt. The staff are very friendly , smiley and cooperative. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Gamal "duty mamager" . He is a manager who really knows how to be professional full of sense of hospitality . I don't know her name but the HK girl was amazing . Staff is very helpful 👌 and rooms with a good space and services is excellent..it is my favorite place to stay in the heart of alexandria...location is perfect...restaurant have a variety of foods and swimming pool is okay
the staff is very friendly . rooms are will furnished . quite and comfortable place . from the magnificent Grand roof you can see the old city buildings and the charming Alexandria sea while you are setting by poool enjoy the amazing Alexandrian weather and June's Sun . actually it's my 3rd stay in Cherry Maryski during last tow years . and every time they getting better
My wife and I went for Eid break and to say this was a disappointing hotel is an understatement. First of all they put us in a smoking room and I have asmtha. I couldn’t breathe. I had headaches and they couldn’t change the room. Secondly they STOLE my wife’s clothes after checkout. We realized she left them in cupboard and called to enquire about collecting it and they said they hadn’t seen it. LIES!!!! 2 dresses were left in the cupboard. The cleaner must have stolen them!! Thirdly, the internet wasn’t working. They said it was an issue with iPhones. I begged for them to let us use their computer as we needed to book another hotel. Only after a few hours they allowed us to do this. Fourthly, there was issues with the room. The carpet was old and dirty, not up to 4* standard. The window was broken so it was noisy and the drain in the bath did not work so we showered in dirty water. Gross! The night manager was fairly accommodating and one of the receptionists helped us book an Uber. But that was about the only good thing. We’re just so disappointed we didn’t even get the clothes back.…
am not recommend this hotel for any one and it is not 4 star hotel very dirty room shower not working properly very dirty carpet first time I saw room windows looking to the lobby you can't even open it for fresh air. Very bad customer service Very tired furniture 3 am I find very noisy voice at the lobby I can't even slip I asked them for coffee sachets they said it for charge this hotel it is not for value of the money They destroyed my holiday
