A 3-minute walk from Modern Beach along the Black Sea, this straightforward hotel is 14 minutes on foot from the Museum of National History and Archaeology, and 3 km from Constanța train
station.

Casual, warmly decorated rooms and 1-bedroom suites come with balconies, Wi-Fi, cable TV and minifridges. Upgraded quarters add sea views. Room service is available.

Breakfast is served in an unfussy international restaurant/bar. There’s also a hot tub. Massages are available. Parking is offered.

very good 3* hotel in the city center; shops/restaurants/beach are very close. Friendly stuff. The breakfast was quite okay - may be it is still comes from the covid-times: only 4 pre-set menu were available. But all 4 were quite nice;y balanced, so, no complains.

This hotel has a great location and thus I would recommend it. The apartments are very wide and so there is plenty of space, with a large balcony. Some do have sea views. The rooms need an upgrade, but do the job for a short stay. The breakfast is included in the price, but it was horrible. Staff are helpful.

4 days, 3 nights in this 3* hotel. The hotel has a very great position. It near The melody Beach, location of the Neversea festival, as I was told. În The rest usual 3*: but clean, staff ok. Breakfast eatable. For business reason I will probably return.

I spent 2 nights in Hotel Dali with a friend of mine. It is a very good one, very clean and close to a large sandy beach (the problem of the beach is that you have to go downstairs many steps to reach it from any hotel around the area).
We had room no 202, and from its balcony we could admire the sea and the beach. Clean sea waters, good especially for children, but don't expect a fantastic beach like the one in Mamaia.

LOCATION & how to reach it: from the train station, you take bus 43 to Modern beach. When you reach the sea, and the bus turns left, you get off. When you go straight ahead till you reach a high school classical building on the left, and on the right you find Smardan str.
(Going back to the old building, round its corner, go straight, you will find a shopping&food area and Tomis Mall.)
There are restaurants near Hotel Dali, although not many.
To reach Mamaia - where all the fun is - just consider continuing your journey by bus 5-40 (the way you came from the station) up to terminus stop (Pescariei). Be sure to get bus tickets at the train station also for the round journey form Mamaia.

ROOM: very spacious, with AC and a very clean and large bathroom. The balcony has an insect net which is perfect for hot summer days.

BREAKFAST: rather poor: coffee/tea/juices/milk, yogurt, jam, cheese, pressed cheese, pan cakes, eggs, ham, white bread.

The only thing I can't understand about this hotel is why they don't give people the possibility to book rooms over the Internet: when we booked it, the website had only 2 rooms available, and we thought that the hotel would be fully booked. When we arrived, only 3 or 4 rooms were booked (out of 15), although it was summer time.

Overall, the hotel is a very good one for a holiday in Constanta; I don't recommend it to young and restless people trying to have fun, but rather to active travellers looking to discover the beauty of Constanta.

This is the most expensive hotel in Constanta. However, it cannot justify the prices it charges. Little more than mediocre with poor beds and terrible breakfast. Only pluses are reasonable views and the quiet...but you can get all that at the Ibis. Stay there instead!

The hotel is located in front of the beach (5 minute walk down to the beach) and 10 minute walk from the city center. Its also 2 blocks from a couple of restaurants including a nice Irish Pub. It has private parking but you need to reserve. However, even if you have a reservation you may not have a spot when you show up (I was lucky to be able to park in front of the hotel). The staff was ok. Free wifi but the reception in the rooms are not very good. The rooms were a little outdated but they were clean, had TV, AC and a nice balcony with a sea view. Breakfast is free and it was quite decent. Its a good value for your money.

We loved this hotel and were so glad we booked it. Whilst there is more luxurious accommodation on offer in Constanta we cannot believe there is a better all round experience than the Dali.
Firstly the location is brilliant, in a quiet side street overlooking the sea but only a 5 minute walk to the old town. We booked a suite which was huge with separate bed and living spaces and a balcony with sea view. Large bathroom. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Silent at night, both in and outside, for great night's sleep. The reception staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. A lady on breakfast duty was a bit frosty when we asked for more eggs but she mellowed in due course.
Breakfast is OK but is the same every day and could be a bit more varied - buffet with choice of fried eggs, omelette & sausages, cold meats & cheeses, yoghurts, crepes, cereals, bread/toast, juice, tea & coffee.
