I had the room overlooking the pool, the 5th floor. Nice reception, modern elevators, convenient rooms, cleanliness and clean towels every day. Rich varied breakfast, very good coffee, generous table space inside, on the terraces or in the garden. Very well maintained pool, good dry sauna and ok jacuzzi. Family hotel with spaces for children. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Not a good choice. Airy room. Not very clean bathroom. Obsolet furniture. Clean sheets. Average clean towels. Very good pool. Good sauna. Nice staff. Very, very, very bad breakfast. Acceptable coffee.
Take some candles with you before going to the restaurant for dinner. I was in the restaurant with my parents and at 10 pm, while we were having a glass of wine they turned off the lights because they were closing. There was us and 3 more tables occupied in the restaurant. We had to leave because of this. Never seen something like this 😳
First of all the hotel is mixt between traditional and modern without any sense. It has a big garden, but I felt that nobody take care of it. The room was not that bad but the bathromm was not realy cleaned. If you choose to eat outside you will get smell the smoke from the grill and you self will smell horrible of smoke. The food is like you can choose something to eat , but they have a lot of days without fish in the menu and when they do have they have poor fish. I woun't recomand this hotel if you have miminum expectation from this kind of 3 stars hotel.
We had an all-inclusive booking, so would have expected more. Good points: - Food was good and reasonably varied - evening shows entertaining - gardens relatively nice Low points: - room door did not close properly but appeared to be closed, so we accidentaly left room opened once - have to use the card to close the door from outside - parking really crowded, got blocked by 4 cars at one time. Imagine if you really want to go somewhere urgently by car. - both security cards kept malfunctioning and had to use it like 10 times before the door would open. Had them reset at reception desk 2 times with no real help. Kept them away from cell phones, that wasnt the problem. Also happened to neighbouring couple. - no drinks in the room fridge - beach chairs half price, even if we had all-inclusive - no all inclusive drinks on the beach, have to pay for them - coffee from machine really bad taste, and the natural coffee quickly runs out with no refills - fruit very limited and quickly runs out with NO refill - the hotel premises all inclusive drinks were limited and bad taste (pepsi substitute which is nowhere near real Pepsi, Mirinda bad, beer was ok though) - toilet paper bad quality - no more soap after first day - rust on metal in bathroom - unclean toilets and dust everywhere - did not get clean bed sheets for many days - unsanitized air conditioning unit - no mosquito nets on the balcony doors - mosquitos on the children playground…
