As part of our river boat trip we went to this conference center for a meal. They have plenty of room and the meal was very good. We had plenty of choices and they were able to handle our large group without a problem.
I spent two nights at this hotel and it was one of the best experiences ever. It's true, I was there completely off-season so I don't really know what it's like when it's crowded and stressed. But at the beginning of October there weren't many guests there so it was calm and quiet. Most places in Mamaia were closed for the season, there weren't even many restaurants open so I'm really glad Zenith could offer me the relaxation I was looking for. I found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful, my room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The sea-view balcony was worth the extra cost, I hadn't seen or heard the Black Sea in years. In the room there was plenty of space, wifi worked fine and there was hot water at all times. Bathrobes and slippers were provided and there was a minibar with decent prices. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant since I couldn't find anything else nearby that was open and I wasn't disappointed. Breakfast was also great and really nice to enjoy it early in the morning looking at a lovely sunrise over the sea. But what I really LOVED about this experience was the spa. Given that there were very few guests, this visit was just wonderful, I basically had the whole place for myself a lot of times. There was a hot tub, a Swedish (dry) sauna and a proper steam room, a salt room, showers and a great pool right on the beach. If you book a superior room with spa access you can basically spend your whole time in there. I also booked a relaxing massage and it was worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again and I can definitely recommend it, especially off-season, if you want a quiet moment for yourself.…
The rooms had a nice sea view, they were clean and tidy. The conference room is spacious and there is a big terrace that can be used for all sorts of corporate activities. Also, the lobby in the conference area is spacious and full of natural lignt. In terms of food, we were very disapointed with what we were offered. The variety was limited, just like the amount of food that was finishing fast. For the first time at a hotel drinks were limited to 2 per person and no alcohol was included in the 2. Ovetall, I would say that some info was miasing the dat we chose Zenith for our event.
Well we booked family room , that was nice . 2 overhead beds for children . Very good . Room very clean , breakfast ok. But why on earth the cleaning ladies have to make huge noise at 9.00 in the morning ? This is a holiday not a business hotel . If I want to sleep I appreciate that NO ONE is making noise or enter my room in the morning. Moreover in this hotel children are not allowed in the new are not allowed at SPA but the cleaning ladies , I'm sorry , make more noise than any children . They speak loud I could even hear them talking about what room are leaving and so on. Really ?
I was disappointed overall, maybe or probably I was expecting more from a 4 starred hotel. Indeed we had the standard room but nevertheless the cleaning should be impeccable as in no hair on the clean bed lingerie (this was the top of my disappointment). Prices are over rated for what it can provide. The services (reception) was for 7 on a scale from 1 to 10, the big minus was the bossy attitude and incomplete information. The plus is that the hotel is super close to the beach, it has it’s own terrace and restaurant, spa and pool - of course you need to pay for this option. When you book the room you have the breakfast included, the food is good (only referring to breakfast).
