We had a lovely clean ocean view room, food at the restaurant was amazing and the beach was also so clean and private for hotel guest's only. Hotel staff were kind and helpful and spoke good English and the hotel itself was in a very good condition with nice modern decor. I would love to come back here!

We had no access at the spa or the lifted terrace which they advertised on all of their pictures. The pool costed 10 euros per day to access. We had daily problems with the water pressure and the fact that most of the times the water wasnt warm at all. The prices were the highest across all restaurants we encountered while the restaurant personnel would look at you in a weird way if you didnt tip atleast 10% of your order. We had included breakfast with an interval from which we had to choose so we can have breakfast,an interval which does nothing because every morning we had to wait atleast 20 minutes to get to our food. Same breakfast every morning with literally no differences across 5 days. Our hotel was the only one who didnt included any sorts of pillows for our summer chairs while all the hotels nearby had that included. The reception personnel was horrendous, literally no courtesy at all towards the guests. The AC is shared across the entire aisle so good luck trying to keep your room cool. The entire room suite is a scam. They posted pictures with the new hotel rooms while nowehere on tripadvisor they say anything about the rooms which they did not renovate. You have to wait for a parking spot because the hotel doesnt provide one 100% since their own parking lot is limited to 40% of the hotels capacity.

…staff completely desinterested in COVID rules! The majority of the people does not wear masks…nor is the staff willing in telling them about the legal requirements! The new extended beach shifts the shoreline some 80 meters “away” while the sun beds are still in the old place…and VERY pricey and not worth it!

The worst choice. No parking, no sunbeds and umbrellas, no swimming pool. Demagnetized cards, cleanliness that leaves much to be desired. And the hotel staff needs a lot of patience not to beat an employee

Visited the restaurant. Asked if they stayed open throughout the game. Got kicked out midway through without any notice. When told we specifically asked someone about this, their reply was "oh, how would that girl know". Ridiculous people.
