Villa Prato was an exceptional experience. Classy and architecturally wonderful structure, very close to the historic center, in an optimal position. Nice and spacious rooms. Extremely friendly, polite and attentive staff to guests' needs. But... the icing on the cake, which brought Villa Prato top marks, were Diana and Andrea, a beautiful Roman-Romanian couple, who made breakfast the most beautiful moment of the day, pampered by delicious dishes on a veranda that overlooks Brasov.

We had a lovely stay for the 4 nights we were there. Our room was spacious and clean and had all the key amenities.
The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable, including the reception manager, chef, and server. We needed some clothes to be ironed for one of the evenings but they didn’t have access to an iron in our room. So, we notified a staff member about this in the morning and they had our clothes ready by the afternoon.
The breakfast was one of the highlights with freshly prepared coffees, jams, and pastries. We are vegetarians and the chef went out of his way to prepare gourmet-style breakfast dishes.
I would highly recommend this boutique hotel!

The breakfast was super fresh, the quality is far from what we expected, it was like tasting food for the first time.
The homemade jam takes you on a journey, the omelet was a discovery of tastes and the chefs offer the food with a body of knowledge.
Love and light to the magical chef couple that create an amazing experience.

Beautiful building close to the historic center. Very good breakfast and comfortable room, quiet and clean even though the decoration is impersonal and we had a view of a wall located mins from a meter from the window.
The really problematic point for accommodation of this standing is the lack of a private parking space, which is sorely felt if you arrive on a weekend when the city center is crowded. We shot an hour before we found a parking space and the lack of empathy shown by the property owner chilled us. In short, if you visit the city (moreover beautiful) outside peak periods, this accommodation may do the trick otherwise it is better to set your sights on a holiday with a parking space.
This explains the title of our review, borrowed from an Anglo-Saxon marketing guru, who predicted difficult times for businesses without parking spaces...

It is a beautiful building, very central and quiet. The workers have been super friendly, helping us pay for the parking ticket.
The room is very large, with a great television.
The best of all was the breakfast. I couldn't imagine a better breakfast if it wasn't a buffet: first fruit with yogurt, then an omelette accompanied by various ingredients every day (freshly made!) with vegetables and a croissant with a sweet to finish. The coffee was delicious.
We have been like at home and we would return, thank you very much for everything!

We stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The reception staff were very pleasant and kind; our room, large and comfortable with all amenities; breakfast was superb and in a lovely bright and airy breakfast room with a glass ceiling and views to the Brașov sign on the hillside. In the summer, there is stepped terrace outside for having breakfast on, which also looked lovely. If, like us, you enjoy skiing, the hotel is just a few seconds walk away from the shuttle bus up to Poiana Brașov.
One or two niggles would be that the volume on the TV was either set or stuck at such a low level it was unusable. Also the safe in the room didn't work. We could have raised these issues with the staff though, but we didn't!

Good location, just 5 minutes walk from the old town. The Italian chefs Andrea and Mimmo delighted us with excellent Italian breakfasts. Spacious, clean and quiet rooms, the bathroom products are marked "Acqua di Parma"

Villa Prato is located nearby city center (max 5 min from Piata Sfatului). The rooms are very large, clean, you have 🛁 and sleep quality is very good.
The breakfast is outstanding 👌. Same with the view from the breakfast room.
In summary, location, rooms, services, breakfast are all very good. Will come back 😀

The location was perfect, a couple of meters away of the Brasov Old Town. The room was really nice and cozy with an awesome view to the Tampa mountain. On top of the list was the fancy breakfast with a lot of variety and the really friendly staff, expecially the 2 chefs which made our start of the day, way more pleasant.
