I stayed here for a Wedding for two nights on 1st and 2nd Oct 2021. Overall it was a great experience. The room was large and very comfortable. The food was also excellent. But the standout for me was the staff. They were really excellent - very helpful and courteous. Of course they all had excellent English as well. Congratulations!
We stayed two nights here. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was clean and stylish. The buffet for breakfast was good. I had to take 2 stars off, though, due to some very specific design choices which made our stay sub-optimal to other hotels. The lighting in the room is designed for mood more than use - it is VERY dark. Even with all the lights on, I was unable to read a paper book in bed at night, even with the reading light at the side of the bed (which was small and not bright.) I could't even see the legs of the side table next to the bed because it was so dark, and had to actually put out my hands and feel to tell where the black legs were. There is a good size desk in the room, but no light over it, and no desk lamp. We had an alcove with a very comfortable swivel arm chair and ottoman, and a stylish overhead lamp - which was hanging beyond my feet - great for the floor but no help to anyone sitting in the chair. The bathroom was dark with just one ceiling light over the sink, and a makeup mirror with a very hard to find switch (it's in the back - ignore the fingerprint on the margin!) There are several low volume lights around the headboard, under the stylish "leather" wall, in sconces, but none of these provide any light that is usable for activities like digging thru your suitcase to find something. It was so dark that first night when we got there that I didn't realize the carpet was orange until the next day, when we could get a bit of light thru the window. There is a large kettle, set deeply into a rather short cubby - it's hard to maneuver. And this may be an American critique - but they supply tea only, not even instant coffee. The toilet seat is square. Because of this, I now know that all regular seats are round/oval for a reason. Square is uncomfortable. The sink is very shallow (3 inches max), which made it likely that water splashes up around it frequently. The side tables to the bed are a small oval, which just isn't very space efficient. Since the lighting was bad, when something fell off, I'd have to get my phone light out to find it. The tray/shelf in the shower to hold your shampoo, etc, is designed as alternating 3/4 inch bands of metal and gap with no end cap. That size space between bars meant that anything travel sized you put in there had to be perfectly balanced or it fell over/off the shelf. These last two are small complaints, but all these little things just added more annoyance. Oddly, for such a modern hotel, there were no USB ports next to the bed. One especially nice bonus, though, was the memory foam pillow they brought me when I asked for a foam pillow. I would have been happy with anything not feathers. The room was quiet both from noise in the hotel, or from the surrounding busy street.…
Ten minutes from old town and city center but more than worth it. Brand new hotel, with very professional staff and all the conforts (spa, casino and even a game room). The rooms are perfect with great beds for a great spleeping experience. Could not believe it was 4 starts hotel.
Amazing!!!! Congratulations! Unfortunately this is not a 4 stars hotel it's a 5 STARS hotel! A lot of 5 stars hotel are far away from this one. Everything is on the top level: room, hotel himself, services, breakfast, people who work there. Thank you very much!
Great hotel with comfortable modern conveniences and good service. Rooms were clean and newly appointed, and I appreciated that the curtains kept the room dark overnight. Warm breakfast in the morning, and easy taxi ride to the old part of town. Highly recommend!
