We like to please our guests and we believe in quality. So we searched for such a place. And we found it, near the city center, in a quiet area, near a small park. We imagined it familiar, modern, with style and elegance, with close attention to details, that can be - even if for a short period of time - your home away from home. We called it Exclusive Hotel & More!

Very clean room and very pleasant staff. One of the best enforcement of covid rules in any hotel, all areas with masks and also gloves at the breakfast buffet. Good breakfast with lots of choices, but they did not have Nutela :) Hotel provides on request a lot of amenities. Parking on the side of the hotel, free of charge. Disliked · The bed was too soft for my liking. The main light "LED" was not going off during the night and we had to pull the card from the main switch.

We stayed twice at this hotel. First experience: great services, well sized room, clean and comfy (stayed at 2d floor) second time, we stayed at the 3d floor, the size of the room was ok. The only problem was: bathroom...not cleaned well, actually ww could see mold. Pics from room @ 2d floor.

Stayed here while passing through on a road trip. If you are looking for nothing but a cheap place to rest your eyes, this hotel will suit. However, if you intend to eat, sightsee or speak with anyone civilized you’re best to pay a couple extra bucks and stay someone else. The location is in a sketchy, run down neighbourhood away from any attractions. There was no parking nearby so we parked about 300 metres down the road. Remember that a so-called 4-star hotel in Romania is not on par with the rest of Europe. Expect a 2 or 3-star at best. This place is no exception...solid 2-star. The room was spacious and somewhat clean, except one of the pillowcases smelled like menthol (the others did not), and there was mold growing on the shower floor due to poor drainage. Wear your flip flops! There are no food options aside from the hotel restaurant. Save yourself the time and aggravation of trying to order food or drink there. The barman and server were rude and refused to serve us so much as a bread basket as they claimed that despite remaining open to hotel guests, the restaurant could only accommodate cooking food for people who were attending a large, tacky party in the room next door. Quote: “You can try to order something, but the kitchen can’t send you any food until after we finish serving that party, so maybe after an hour or so I can take your order.” Why no bread basket? Well, he claimed the kitchen was too busy for that too. LOL It is necessary to drive to the main town square area where there are several restaurants and terraces which proved be be very charming so we were eventually very well fed. Note that as others have said, hosting parties seems to be the way this place makes its money, so expect it to be loud with no effort to make hotel guests feel comfortable. It’s loud at night, so be sure to ask to be moved to a room away from the noise. The hotel staff, like the hotel itself were gruff and unkempt. The check-in and check-out experience resembled that of a roadside motel from the 70s with the decor of the 80s. We only stayed here because it was cheap. However, for what we paid to drive and park in the main town area (not to mention the time wasted, poor service and tacky hotel) we would have been better off spending a couple extra bucks and stay in a normal hotel closer to the action. Poor value overall.

Disappointing for a 4 star hotel. The room was a nice size but when we arrived we could hear music. Assuming it was a neighbouring room we were relieved when it finally stopped at 10.30pm, only to find it started up again at 8am. Breakfast was ok but only average at best. I had cereal with hot milk as nothing else seemed to be on offer and a slice of toast. There was some hot and cold food available. When at breakfast the waiter ramped up the volume of the music and it was only when I returned to my room and realised the same song was playing that I made the connection that it was the hotel music we could hear. It was inappropriately loud for breakfast time. The room itself was very large as mentioned and very modern. Almost too modern, there was an electronic box on the wall where you pressed symbols to display whether or not you wanted the room made up or do not disturb. This then translated to the corresponding screen outside the room door. One thing we did note, we may be incorrect but it seemed as though the colour on the display outside the room changed depending on whether you were inside or not. It seemed to display blue when we left and white when we opened the door. Alerting others to whether or not someone was in the room. This seems a bit odd. I found the bed too soft but my husband slept very well so that was just down to personal taste. There was a fridge and safe in the room. The staff weren't rude but also weren't overly friendly or welcoming. I guess I just expected more for a 4 star hotel. We travel regularly and in fact that was the second hotel on this trip and I would say it was in no way superior then the 3 star hotel we stayed in, in the previous town.
