Four days with a nice group of teens, teachers. Big nice rooms, very clean and good smelling bathrooms. Good continental breackfast, here is a great and beautiful breakfast room for 35-40 people. There is another large restaurant hall with a nice fireplace.

We have ordered the appartment. the place is huge, 3 big bad rooms big living room, flat screen TV in every room.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are good and promis a good night sleep.
However the appartment has only 1 bathroom, and when proposing a place that can accomodate 5-6 persone, I think more then one bathroom is requiered.
The breckfast, it is very very basic and poor and does not worth the 6 euro per person it cost.
If you avoid the breckfast this place is perfect.
The hotel is not close to city center.

+1
The hotel is clean and tidy, but: in the back of it, it's a train railway so, if you have heart problems don't choose this hotel, because the "horns" of the train will scare you at the midnight. Also, the receptionists won't solve your problems regardind things like disturbing noise made by uncouth people, so be prepared to knock on "neighbours" doors and make justice by yourself or breath and pray to God to stop them.
The rooms are separated in two "areas". Some of them are in the hotel, some of them are somehow outside, because you have to pass through the hall of the hotel and you will exit to a balcony (the hall for these rooms, in this case). Is somehow wierd because you have to go from hot to cold and vice versa all the time.
The breakfast was good and diverse.
The rooms are really spacious and clean.

I have experienced a very bad service at reception: I was with my family, daughter and 3-year-old granddaughter. I reconfirmed by phone. When I got there, I had the unpleasant surprise to find out that they didn't have rooms for me and my youngest niece. My phone was not answered. I was not offered another option. I did not receive the reason why my reservation was not made. In the opinion of those there, I had to sleep with my 3-year-old daughter in the street. After this bad experience, I don't feel like talking about other things: room, location, amenities and so on.

The room is quite good, pretty big, has all the equipment needed, including wifi. The bad points are for the rude receptionist: we were a group of 4 and we were having a laugh in the lobby while another one was dealing with the reservations & getting the keys to our rooms. Out of nowhere, the receptionist asks "is there something to laugh about?". And we were like wth - is it not allowed to laugh in the lobby or what? And she repeated that twice... it was akward - we felt unwelcomed & its most certainly not the way to treat your guests!
Other than this, the morning after we were awaken by the noise in the hallway. Also, the hotel is situated near the railway so you can hear some trains.
Yet, the room is really comfy so, if you can stomach the receptionist & the railway situation, then go for it.

That's one of the first lines that the receptionist said to us when we were laughing while waiting to check in and which we found inappropriate. We stayed here for a night and the room was big and clean, the shower was in need of some minor repairs. The place was quiet and nice. The hotel has it's own parking place and it's not far from city center (by taxi).

We only stayed at Stefani for one night, but we stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was spacious and beautiful. I liked that the rooms were not carpeted (the were, I think, laminate?) because that feels cleaner to me. The beds were very comfortable, but if we were going to stay another night we would have asked for more pillows because they were not comfortable. The hotel looks very new and has a beautiful courtyard. It was a great price being that we had 3 adults and two children with us. Much better getting the suite than having to purchase two separate rooms. It was a very good value.
Cons: The hotel is mere meters from train tracks and we were awoken several times in the night due to passing trains. VERY loud. Also, here on TripAdvisor the hotel is described as having air conditioned rooms. Our suite did NOT have a/c. Thankfully, it was cool during the night otherwise that would have been a major problem instead of just a minor one. Another reviewer said there was free breakfast. We expected free breakfast, but it is actually 6 euros per person. The hotel was difficult to find because the address was not pulling up correctly on GPS or on Google Maps.

Very large rooms and spacious bathroom, quite clean also.
Too close to the railroads, when the tfain was passing by the bed was shaking.
We also had the breakfast included. It was extremly poor, one of the poorest I've ever experienced. Overall, too pricy for what it offered. The parking spaces are not sufficient and it is located far from the center, in the suburbs. Ended up here as everything else was full.

Hotel located on the outskirts of Sibiu in a small area very close to the railway. Medium breakfast, away from the center of Sibiu and the biggest disadvantage, lack of air conditioning. I do not recommend the hotel during the warm summer months.
