I stayed in orbita hotel for 3 nights and i am very pleased,good value for money hotel,very good location near everything with a supermarket and the Happy grill restaurant ,right down of the hotel staying open 24/7.rooms are a little bit old but spacious and clean.Attention!under the hotel there is a club working 3-4 days a week,so the hote is not recomented for those who need total silence to sleep or they sleep early in the night.

Situated approx 5 minutes walk from the main tourist area and around the corner from the business area the location is ideal for business or holiday use. The rooms are large and comfortable with TV and air conditioning. There is no bar or restaurant but is adjacent to a chain type restaurant where the excellent breakfast is served. The hotel is typical of a Holiday Inn anywhere in the world, not much character but perfectly ok for a couple of nights.

The Orbita hotel is center located. The rooms are good, clean. You can use free Wifi in the whole hotel are, but sometimes the signal is poooor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also onsite Restaurant Happy (Bulgarian chain) - they serve breakfast (very good omelette) good lunch and dinner. Just distance walking to Seeaside. I recommend.

We bought vouchers for Hotel Orbita from Grabo after prior confirmation from the hotel that they have rooms available. After purchasing the vouchers, we called again to confirm that we would go. The receptionist confirmed that there was no problem with the accommodation and the room availability for us. The next day, upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that they had no vacancies and could not accommodate us. Extremely rude and arrogant attitude on the part of the receptionist, who even kicked us out of the hotel. When we asked to talk to the hotel manager, we were told that they had no right to provide the phone and to disturb the manager! However, from the voucher in Grabo we found the phone number of the manager, who did not help us in any way. She even turned off his phone when she realized what a mistake they had made and left us on the street in the middle of the night. They did not offer us alternative accommodation, but with all their impudence told us that our vouchers were valid and that we could use them another time. I have never received a more unprofessional attitude. And this hotel is connected with the owner of the chain of restaurants HAPPY! Do not trust this hotel if you want to have a relaxing holiday! Do not be misled that the property belongs to HAPPY, no attitude to the client, no alternative to help or compensation. They didn't even want to give us their refusal to accommodate us in writing, they didn't even want to say their names, they just smiled mockingly at us. I hope the hotel management will take action if it wants to improve the hotel's reputation.

Very nice hotel ,perfect service and location nice rooms,friendly staff. It is very budget price. There is a bus stop Infront of the hotel , it is good connection to train stashion and bus station .Strongly recommended

perfect location in the center of Varna. 100 meters from the wonderful sea garden. the bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms. We were pleasantly surprised with the service for a two-star hotel. We will visit again!

Friendly staff, they speak English and Russian. The hotel fully corresponds to three+ stars. We were pleasantly surprised by the compliment that awaited us in the room. Clean and tidy rooms. They offer parking spaces for a fee. Greetings to the entire Team!

Perfect hotel in Varna centrum. Lovely hotel with clean room. We come again. Great location close to the beach. Staff were all friendly. There have 24 hours Supermarket. Bus station, 5min on the See garden. Upon departure we received a souvenir from the hotel.

The good- convenient location. The rooms are dated but clean and comfortable.
The bad:
it is very very noisy as it is on a big boulvard and the sound insulation is poor. Bring earplugs.
The manager is an absolute nightmare. The staff are helpful but the manager is obnoxious. Very poor attitude towards customers and did not give us any receipt when we paid. I suppose this is a way to avoid paying taxes. I was a return customer due to the price but the second time they overcharged me compared to the first and wanted a further extra 10 for breakfast. We were also asked to pay in advance and as the receipt was not given we were stressed we had no proof of payment and we could have been asked to pay again. Needless to say I don't like being cheated so I will not return. Avoid.

I got really sick becouse of mold in the room. Manager told me she dont care becouse she got the money allready. Cannot recommend this place to anybody unless you dont care about your health. They cave me a new room with samekind of problems but not so serious. Alot of dust on the surfaces of The new room allso.
