Modern. Stylish. Urban. These three words describe the nature and the temper of the Graffit Gallery Hotel. Located in the heart of Varna, it combines urban exterior, classic portfolio of business services and multi-layered interior concept, which fully cover the requirements of the modern travelers.Closed in its tight graphite form, the hotel boasts its character, ambience and style through the conceptual patchwork of ideas of four Bulgarian architects and designers:- The Chester Floor – the conservatism of strict and elegant Chesterfield competes with the most modern interior design, complemented by the comfort of wood and steel accessories.- The Carracci Floor – eclectic chic, inspired by the creators of this movement – the three Carraccis. Bright red and turquoise blue - in one with baroque furniture and surreal elements. And all under the gaze of the Renaissance artist.- The Other Floor – a visual reference to a favorite English check and the minimalist spirit of the classic black and white. Just different. And elegant.- The 4 Elements Floor – earth, air, water and... light. It steams and penetrates everywhere. Such as a sunbeam playing in a hot bath tub... As a green screen of thoughts... As shining sea stones under your bare feet... A place, embraced by nature.Welcome!

Great location, close to the sea gardens, beaches, restaurants and shops. The dining room and coffee shop are nicely designed and there’s usually a great choice for breakfast. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, particularly the cleaning staff. We stayed on the “other floor” and here the rooms look and feel very much like a standard corporate hotel room - grey, black and white, apart from a bathtub in the corner of the bedroom. The room is large with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The bed too is large, although the mattress is quite firm. The bathroom is poorly designed and whilst large suffers from a complete lack of storage space and oddly contains the only mirror in the entire hotel room, although most of it is obscured by the towel rail and sink. Due to the poor design and choice of materials water has over the years warped the doorframe, the damage to which is ‘hidden’ by plastic tape, and the salts from the water have discolored the tiles. Even the toilet could do with some attention - a seat and lid discolored yellow over the years need replacing. So overall a nice stay, but the rooms certainly require updating and refurbishing to the same level of attention given to the dining room and coffee shop. Would award 3.5 stars.

We spend 2 nights recently. We had fantastic time. The hotel was so well prepared for guests during covid time. Masks, disinfectants everywhere. The room was sparkling clean. Upon check- in we were upgraded to apartment(huge and beautifully done). Service from all the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Location is just 5 min walk to the main street(which is kind of nice leisure walk). Breakfast was typical for this kind of place(eggs, bacon, beans, fresh fruits, etc.), so no surprises there. Overall great hotel in excellent location.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, it is a boutique hotel located in a very central location in Varna close to most of the main attractions, the pedestrian street and the promenade. The breakfast is sufficient and varied. The room is spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. The hotel staff willingly responded to all our requests and we would especially mention Kalin the receptionist, who helped us exceptionally and very kindly throughout our stay.

Large and comfortable rooms, everything works.
A little complicated light switching electronics and tv controls.
A nice coffee shop, unfortunately animals are allowed.
Staff needs to smile a little more, they often look like stressed or cautious.
Good variety breakfast, but the coffee machine is often not filled up and short of hot milk and others.
The lift is only for 4, a bit tiny and only one lift.

The room was nice, lots of space in the junior suite with a large bathroom. We had the pool to ourselves each time we used it but I'm not sure how full the hotel was when we there so couldn't say whether this was normal or not.
There are certainly some improvements that can be made which would have made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. Firstly, reception staff could be more friendly and professional. Secondly, the breakfast buffet needs a little more variety and the hot food needs to be hotter. Nobody wants cold scrambled eggs. Lastly, and this was our main gripe, the room was too hot. It was 26 C minimum which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The aircon didn't work and after a call to reception we were told it was switched off due to it being off season. This would have been fine if we could open the windows in the room (like we did at other hotels on our trip) but you can't. There was no way to cool it down to a more comfortable level.
In summary, it's a nice hotel that needs some improvements making. I wouldn't say it was a 5 star hotel but it could be.

We are here for at least 10th time, this is our favorite hotel in Varna and in all Bulgaria. Designed floor, each floor is different and special, the rooms are big and uniques. Very kind personnal, especially Victoria from reception, they are very careful at our needs and responsive. The breakfast is delicios and complete, you can order whatever you want. The pool is not big, but enough for 2 persons who want to swim in winter time😄 Thank you for everything, we will come again for sure!

Our family of four stayed in a one bedroom room, which is normally fine. But the issue is, and the biggest issue I had with our stay. When you turn on the bathroom light, it’s like tuning on a lighthouse beacon in the room, as the glass door between the bathroom and bedroom does nothing so the light seriously blinded everyone, especially at night time when people were trying to sleep. This meant every time someone went to the toilet, we felt like fog lights turned up to burn, so the light was set at level ‘retina burn.’
Otherwise the room is big with no partitions so when the kids go to sleep, not much else as parents you can do. With very little or no storage. Add the cost of the hotel and it’s really not worth it.
Location is fine, not great or bad just fine. Breakfast was awesome with salmon, waffles, pancakes, and a nice selection of local and more western foods, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice and barista coffee. Nice toiletries and the gym was well kept though small. Limited parking, where the car itself goes in a mini lift.
Didn’t really interact with the staff, other than breakfast, but there was always staff in reception.
Because of the cost, there is no way I would stay here again, given the cost and the room configuration and blinding bathroom.

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback; we truly appreciate the time you took to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the breakfast selection, the quality of the gym, and our amenities. We work hard to ensure these elements of your stay are enjoyable and memorable! We’re sorry, however, that the room setup didn’t fully meet your family’s needs. We understand how frustrating the bathroom lighting issue must have been, especially when it disrupted your sleep. We are currently reviewing this setup to explore solutions that will better balance comfort and convenience for our guests. Your input is invaluable to us as we strive to enhance our guest experience. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future, but if not, we’re grateful for the chance to host you and wish you all the best in your future travels!

Good modern hotel in a convenient location. Very comfortable all round. Very pleasant front desk staff. Pool and sauna facilities are a bonus. We also had afternoon tea at the cafe downstairs which was good. The breakfast was generous with quite a wide offering, though eggs had usually been sitting in the bain marie for a while.

Centraly located, rooms are a bit basic, but modern, breakfast is very good located in adjacent bar. There is spa centre and small pool on the last floor. Lack of soul is loophole. To sum up modern hotel, centraly located.

We stayed in this hotel in early October 2020 and enjoyed every minute. From easy check in with pleasant staff, to parking our car in their underground parking lot (via an elevator). The lobby is modern and very attractive. Both rooms were spacious and ours on the 3rd floor was actually stunning. The decor on each floor is on a different theme, and ours was crazy but a total joy. Almost like being in a museum of realism. The gym and wellness center is well-equipped and with a great view of the city.
As it was the end of the season I found difficulty in finding a rental cycle, so two members of staff manned the phones and eventually found me a bike.
I can’t express how much we enjoyed this hotel.

I think the only pool you want/can go is an indoor pool. The beach is dead....no living soul there.
This is city hotel not beach hotel. Weather is cold- close to zero and windy. Hotel has great wellness area- use it. Sea is in walking distance from hotel, but you won't be able to see it from room. If you are lucky, you will catch some sun.
5/10 mins depending on your walking speed. No point driving.
