We spent two weeks in the Business Hotel. The rooms were comfortable. The staff were great! It was very pleasant and welcoming. The catering provided was delicious. I recommend it highly. It is walking distance from the center of town.

The room was clean with comfy beds. The staff (all of them!) are the best I have ever encountered! Nothing was to much trouble, friendly and as helpful as you wished them to be. Would definitely stay there again!!

As a tourist this hotel is not particularly near the old town. Quite a long walk but a short bus ride. The room is very big and comfortable- if a bit old fashioned. The breakfast is cooked for you - and should be filling. The staff were very friendly in recommending getting around the city

We stayed at the Business Hotel for 2 nights in September. We stayed in the suite which was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was small but more than sufficient and the service was attentive and very helpful. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk to the city centre and about 15-20 minutes walk from the railway and bus stations. The staff were excellent- probably the best that we encountered anywhere during our tour of Bulgaria. They were more than willing to provide help and assistance and all had excellent English.
