employees are not trained and cannot respond adequately to poor management. I have been a guest several times but I will no longer make that mistake. I am very disappointed by the people at the reception any interest in the comfort of their guests

Este hotel está un poco alejada del centro pero se puede ir caminando y llegar en unos veinte minutos. Se encuentra ubicado al frente de un Mall grande de la ciudad. El hotel no es muy grande pero es cómodo y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas. El desayuno se paga a parte.

Clean and comfort moden rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great location, free wi-fi and parking.. everything was perfect.Brand new hotel, place near Regata and Mall Plovdiv. Will visit again. Thank you.

Very clean very large rooms. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was fantastic. They looked after us really well. Any English they didn't understand they looked up on Internet. Couldn't fault our stay. Would definitely come here again.
