We stayed 1 night at the Shangri La hotel in Mostar and had a pleasant stay. The couple that ran it was friendly from the moment we arrived and was great at giving advice for the city. The rooms were comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was your standard European breakfast buffet. The location was just a couple minutes walking... More

This property had the welcome and friendliness of a B&B with the comfort and privacy of a hotel. The rooms were basic, but spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but filling. The owners were very solicitous to ensure your needs were met, but not overbearing in the least. And the location was perfect, just a few, albeit steep,... More

Stayed here for 4 nights. Loved Mostar and the hotel was lovely. The owners are really friendly and very helpful and will call taxis for you and give advice re places to visit. Breakfast fine and view from top of the building is fabulous a must on this stay , I spent looks of time up there soaking in the... More

At the hearth of the center the mansion is a cosy small hotel where you feel like home. Very friendly staff, the place has also have a car park. You can watch the sunset and sunrise on their wonderfull terrace.

Stayed here one night and it was perfect. Very nice couple (the owners) meet you when you check in. He took the car and parked it for me. Hotel is very close to the old bridge and restaurants etc. Room was clean and quiet and just what we needed for our visit.

Great location . Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Stunning views from the roof terrace which has beautiful decor and seating. Owners are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Situated just above Mostar bridge but very quiet. Negatives - just one minor, you are welcome to bring drink back to the hotel and drink on the roof, there is no bar. The owners... More

Excellent location mere steps from the Old Bridge and the shops and restaurants. We stayed one night and arrived by car. Shangri-La is located at the top of a very steep and narrow path that required 1st gear to drive up. There is a level car park all the way at the top of the steep road for guests. The... More

Our twin room was on the ground floor facing the street. The room was clean, modern, attractive. The proprietor and his wife were friendly and helpful. The location is close to the old bridge, the bazaar, and Kajtaz House. There is also a nice view from the roof.

We did two nights here, arriving late on a bus from Dubrovnik and then departing early on another bus. The staff were so friendly and nice, and the room was impeccable - clean, furnished to a Hyatt style standard, aircon. The wardrobe was slightly cheap (and if you tug the door too sharply it may well lean alarmingly towards you... More

We stayed at the hotel for just one night, but wish we had stayed longer as both the hotel and the city had deserved it. The hotel is perfectly located just 2 minutes from the old bridge. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel seemed pretty new, or very well kept, and so was our room. It had... More
