The first thing to say about this hotel is that the location is amazing, about as close to the Stari Most as you can get. There's loads of bars, restaurants and shops just outside the front door. The hotel is pleasant enough although relatively old fashioned. There's a nice outside sitting area for breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and...

Stayed 1 night on our trip to see Stari Most (Old Bridge) in Mostar. We were driving from Dubrovnik to the hotel and had a hard time finding it. Stopped several times to ask for directions (thankfully we speak the local language). Finally found the hotel and took the last parking spot. The young woman working was very nice and...

I can't possibly rave enough about this small, family-run hotel enough. The family managing it was tremendously helpful, accommodating, and made their hotel feel as if it was an extension of their own home. The rooms were large, the beds comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat. The breakfast provided was basic (juices, coffee, pastries, breakfast meats, etc.), but tasty...

Booked this hotel following reading reviews on Tripadviser and was not disappointed one bit. Found the hotel no problem using the sat nav we hired with the car which lead us down a small road and the hotel parking was on the right just over a tiny bridge. The lady owner greeted us and check in was no hassle. Literally...

Clean spacious rooms in the old part of Mostar and within 5min walk to the Unesco listed Stari Most. This place has potential but the service could be better. We were checked in by a gentleman that didn't seem very welcoming nor could be bothered offering to help carry my wife's large bag to the third floor (we were the...

I made my reservation online through hotels.com when I arrived at the hotel I found that reception could offer 50% lower rate than online booking. Also at these hot wether their central aircondation is not function and it is very hot. I feel next time I will not use any of the online booking.

We arrived around 11 in the morning for our 2 night stay and dropped off our luggage. The receptionist dragged all of it up to our room two flights up when it was ready. She always had good recommendations and after we got to know her, we learned about her family's experience during the siege- a moving story, as she...

This is a smaller, family-run hotel that is perfectly situated about 150 yards from "the bridge" and the old town, but far enough away that the sometimes honky-tonk bar and cafe scene does not interrupt your tranquility. Parking at the hotel is provided. It is a pleasantly renovated building, furnished in a comfortable old-school but not fussy way. I was...

Small family hotel perfectly located in center of the town on walking distance from Old Bridge. Hotel has it's own private parking. Free Wi-Fi covers all hotel areas. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with TV and Cable. Breakfast was more then enough (bread homemade by owner of the hotel). I was lucky to find place like this when was...

After several stays at the Old Town Hotel in Mostar over the past few years, I can confidently say that it is one of the nicest and most welcoming hotels I know. (And I stay in hotels in various countries at least two weeks of every four.) The careful attention to detail, the traditional woodwork, the bright handwoven carpets, the...
