The hotel is in the city centre, close to restaurants and bars. It is 5 minutes walk from the Bridge. The hotel is clean, has great variety of breakfast food and great customer service. I will stay there again when I return to Mostar.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. It is well situated in a pedestrian area but a little out of the bustle of the old town area. It is well sign posted and easy to find. We were upgraded into a large suite with a small enclosed private outside sitting area. It was a little dark but quite pleasant....

We visited Mostar in July, which in hindsight was madness for three Irish girls. However, the hotel is right in the center of town and about a 4 min walk from the Eco Unesco Old Bridge. The rooms and well air conditioned and are equipped other anything you might need including dining facilities. The hotel had a very high hygiene...

We drove in from Dubrovnik. Just a warning if you are using Google maps, it will lead you into a pedestrian road, which the hotel is on. Go just a little further and there will be a paid parking lot right next to the pedestrian road. I was reading some other reviews and there may be something cultural going on...

Beautiful little hotel right in the centre of Mostar. It actually feels like you're staying at home with the locals. The staff are wonderful and the traditional breakfasts are delightful. The staff were such a great help to us and even arranged to drive us to Sarajevo. Highly recommended if you want an authentic experience.

Hotel Pellegrino is a small, but really cosy hotel at the border of the old town of Mostar. The crew was really helpful, and the breakfast is also planteous and delicious. The rooms are clean, good equipped with little kitchenette. The view from our room was extraordinary.

Arriving hot and bothered by car we were helped with the parking and luggage, and welcomed by a drink and very friendly staff, who also helped to change some bookings. The room was generous and comfortable. The hotel is located in walking distance to the major sights and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We stayed two instead of one...

After spending hours crossing the Crostia/Bosnia border, it was very nice to be welcomed at this hotel with a friendly smile, help with our luggage and Even some drinks during check in. The room we got was very nice and spacious for our family og four. The hotel is just a short stroll (on car free road) from the old...

Walked in to check aviability and price. Manager tried to over charge then tried to charge us for being in the lobby and didn't want us to leave. Insult us, threatened us to block us at the border. Manager a real psycho and sooooo rude! Do not go there. Terrible service, terrible manager, empty hotel and trying to scam people!...

“If you can stretch the budget a bit, book a suite, and ask for the large balcony. There is no elevator, but the highest floor(4th) has the best views ! Always ask for a discount !”
