Friends stationed in Sarajevo coordinated an overnight trip to Mostar and we stayed at the Villa Fortuna. Lovely place, nicely appointed and very clean. We had the apartment for three of us and it was more than ample. The staff was great and the breakfast was also lovely. I would stay here again.

We stayed at Villa Fortuna for a night in September and wished we could stay longer. When we arrived, the staff greeted us by name, showed us around the property, and offered complimentary drinks and cookies in the garden. We had reserved a triple room and got upgraded to an apartment with a full kitchen, large living room, bedroom and...

We were delayed by an hour and a half. The time was close to midnight. One of the staff member was waiting to greet outside with an umbrella and it was raining heavily. I have travelled many countries never have i met such a kind staff. My knee was in a lot of pain they even were ready to get...

I was planning a trip to Croatia for my husband and myself and there was part of our itinerary that was becoming a headache for me. I wanted to travel from Dubrovnik to Mostar for one night and then travel on to Split. I had read that Mostar was definitely worth staying one night rather than just a day trip....

Disclosure: we did not stay here, neither did we eat here. Instead we went there as two very worried, elderly travelers (my husband is 73) looking to find someone who will let us print out our bus tickets from Mostar to Dubrovnik. The day before we reached Mostar in a rainy afternoon with no electricity in the entire town. Our...

We absolutely love this hotel. It's simple in style but has everything you could possibly need. Room 8 is spacious with a king size bed and a large balcony with a wonderful view of Mostar. There's a safe and a fridge and of course well needed AC. A comfortable king size bed complete with crisp white sheets. Breakfast is continental...

My husband and I read about this hotel in Rick Steves' travel book "Croatia and Slovenia". It was described as a great value. Not only was it a super value monetarily, it was the perfect place to see the old town of Mostar. The "Old (new) Bridge", restaurants, and sights, were within five minutes of the Villa.
