I was a guest at their spa facilities. Do not go there. They are highly unprofessional and the service is subpar. The hot tub is not working, Turkish bath also. They don't tell you this over the phone. Dishes are old and dirty, the staff is chaotic and the same person who does your massage also serves drinks and cleans the place. The massage was also not what I was expecting. We took 70 mins antistress massage but instead, we got 60 min "relax" massage, actually, 50 mins, because 60 minutes also include those 10 mins that you get to rest after massage and get out. The massage therapist also has long nails and dries you with the paper towel for no particular reason. I explained to the receptionist that the massage was not that great and that I want to speak to the manager but he said the manager was not present and that I will be contacted. I never got contacted by them. Avoid this place, there are much better ones around!…

It was a very disappointing stay to our disadvantage. In no case we recommend this hotel feedback: When we arrived we were immediately asked for our booking name and the room card was pressed into our hands. That was all. When I asked her if she could give us more information about breakfast, spa or pool, the answer was: "You will find all information in your room". No information had arrived in the room. It was only when we searched through the documents in the folder, we found this "information". -> Terrible service! Spa was closed because of COVID19 which was a matter of course. The pool was nice. During breakfast the staff made several mistakes several times during our stay. Like taking the wrong order (and after ordering it again same mistake) or a highlight was that some drinks were booked on our room although we did not consume it. The breakfast "A la Carte" is not worthy for a self-proclaimed 4-star hotel. Limited and shabbily printed on a dirty A4 slip of paper. (See photo) The drain in the bathroom does not drain (room 204) so we always flood the bathroom after showering. The ventilation system is broken so everything was damp and high humidity -> swimwear and towels never got dry. The saddest highlight was when a hotel employee entered our room without any reason and without warning when I was resting in bed after another bathroom flooding shower. So I was naked in bed. It was indescribably uncomfortable and incomprehensible. I am not writing this feedback out of malice but as visibly constructive feedback. The staff is unprofessional (except for the helpful Marija- redhead, medium short haircut -). Unfortunately as a team she is also part of it. Teamwork makes the dream work but in our case the dream was a nightmare. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and does something about it. We will avoid this hotel and advise to people to do the same. …

I was there when some youngle couple came and the owner of this place insoulted them like they weren't humans. The owner is new(I think only few years is in his possession this hotel).It was uncomfortable for me to watch that scene and I felt sorry for them. Hotel is industrial area and have a terrible view. They didn't have their parking spot and it was hard to find in city. I made a mistake when I came. The food is bad. In the other hand, hotel looks nice and have have swimming pool.

Located in a truly industrial environment the hotel is a surprise in the otherwise rural area within the industrial town of Kragujevac. Very well designed, room sufficiently sized. Overall very good deal for the money. A few things to improve: LED and reading light in room were not working, breakfast is made to order with limited choice Do not expect any night life around, you need a car or taxi!

A pretty design hotel for those who like the industrial theme. A bit too much for my taste, too dark. Location takes a short walk to city center. Not really central, but I don't mind. Breakfast service is awkward: 1. Only á la carte, but only one dish included in rate. Means you can have one muesli, but have to pay for eggs. 2. Filter coffee is included, espresso or other standards cost extra. It all adds up! 3. Breakfast room opens only at 0700h. Business hotel should have a buffet ready by 0630h. 4. Service is slow. If you are lucky, you'll have your food by 0730h. A security issue is that the door locks in the rooms are not escape locks. Means, if you lock the door and then push handle door does NOT unlock automatically. In case of fire alarm in unfamiliar environment I consider a risk.…

I really want to give this hotel a high rating. It is a beautiful, modern hotel with an industrial motif. It is square in the middle of the Kragujevac industrial zone, surrounded by decaying industrial buildings. If that’s your thing, this is your place. The hotel is fully featured, with pool, Turkish spa, Nordic spa, on site masseuse, and a great restaurant. It is a 20-30 minute walk to the city center through a slightly seedy neighborhood, or a short taxi ride. The owner is very hands-on, and takes great pleasure in treating the guests to fine food and drink. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is one of the best I experienced in Kragujevac. If you are driving, can tolerate the walking, or use the abundant and inexpensive taxis, this is a good place to stay. Beware, though, that it is a short distance from the coal-fired city heating plant, so the air quality can be poor. I would like to give this place a 5, but can only muster a 3. …

This is definitely a design hotel which you would enjoy a lot, especially if you like Industrial design. Location is tricky since you can find publicly three different addresses for the Hotel. Even, when you find out correct coordinates, navigation device does not recognize some street and will lead you through a labyrinth. Please, see my photo including right way. Location is quiet and guarantees good sleeping. Service is good although need an improvement taking into account aimed level. To be honest, you will get all that you ask, but point is that you are already provided with everything so you do not have to ask. Spa area is also nicely designed but facility operation is not perfect yet. I believe these initial difficulties will be overcome soon, since management is obviously very ambitious. Hotel new, modern in industrial area and style. welcoming and helpful english speaking reception, the restaurant staff tried, but missedon some basics. Breakfast included, but a little off my taste, no bread. The dinner I ordered angus burger, the meat was ok but the bun was terrible.( suspect frozen and taken for a little too long run in the micro)Local wine - good. Very hard to locate, as the adress dosent show up right on gps/google. Just continue the road go right an there are signs leading you. Allin all a very nice new hotel.
