The only thing that I didn't like was breakfast, especially bread that they were using, the other things were ok. Hope they are going to improve even their breakfast,so I can go again to stay at their hotel!

I am a traveling American scientist. I stayed at the Hotel Nartel for 12 days in August 2016. This hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained by a super friendly, English speaking and VERY courteous staff. I stayed in a regular room that allowed smoking, had one queen sized bed and a very modern and well designed bathroom. It was...

I can't understand the somewhat negatively tinged reviews below. This hotel is very good up to the standard of similar hotels elsewhere with a very decent breakfast too. It does have a gym too for those who wish to use it. The restaurant is relatively good value for money too. Admittedly it is quite out of the centre - which...

Very close to the main bus station and quick taxi trip or nice walk from the downtown area. Staff spoke great English and were very happy to give recommendations and information on the local area. Bed comfortable, room very clean and functional and didn't seem to suffer from the general neglect of maintenance all too often seen in the Balkans....

It was my favorite hotel in Pristina, but during my recent stay there I felt that the hotel starts to be a bit tired. Bathroom door not closing, difficult to control water temperature in the shower, fridge not working, impossible to control room temperature, and of course you have to pay for your coffee if the brown water served does...

The rooms were updated, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was a nice way to start the day too. However, my room was above their gym, which blasts music at a high volume late into the evening. I had a business meeting to attend early the next morning and could not sleep due to the blasting music. I called the...

During a business trip to Pristina I was trying a new hotel - Nartel (close to central bus station). Check in was professional, room big, everything looked new, nice and clean. They even have a gym which is open from 7 in the morning till midnight. Shaded terrace is inviting for a drink or delicious snack, also the bar and...

Enjoyed my stay at this beautifully designed hotel. Staff was very professional and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for visiting friends in the center of town and touring surrounding area. All amenities in working order, so a relaxing stay.

I've been staying occasionally at this hotel for business purposes for several months now. The quality is deteriorating fast. Anything that's broken is never repaired: door knobs, shower cabins, air conditioning. Once nice, almost design hotel is worn out and tired. Wifi is slow and often non existent. In several rooms a/c is not working at all, it means that...

“Never take a end-of-the-corridor room, they are very cold in winter and wifi signal is bad. Always ask for a room with a working a/c and try is before you settle in.”

“The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke, but they do have nonsmoking rooms. My room was fine, but definitely ask for a different room if that is an issue for you.”

“All the rooms were very nice. We had a regular room for two & it had plenty of space for us. If you ask, they can add a third bed in one of the larger rooms, which is what some of my friends did. The larger rooms do have quite a bit more space.”
