The geographical position of the establishment is unique with stunning views. The hotel has 67 spacious rooms (each min. 34 sq. m) with air conditioner and 3 very comfortable suites. The spa has a indoor pool with view, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness and a massage room. The hotel has 3 restaurants offering various French-Swiss specialties and famous French Grand Cru.

nice new modern hotel but too far away from pristina downtown. the staff were friendly but seemed unfamiliarh dealing with guests. the pool area was nice, but the gym was of low quality. the breakfast was average. I dont think I would stay her again.

A relatively new spotlessly clean hotel on outskirts of Pristina but close to Hospital and large Shopping Centre. Friendly staff throughout and pool and spa an added luxury not easy to find in Pristina.

The hotel is a 5 star hotel in the capital of Pristina. It is new and modern. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable throughout your stay. Breakfast is great and varied. There are scheduled buses that take you to the city center. The only problem is its relative distance from the city center. You need a taxi and its prices are not expensive and acceptable and the reception staff help you with that, there is a large mall 15 minutes walk is beautiful and varied,

I’m from Indiana, USA and am in Prishtina for a conference hosted at this hotel. The hotel looks even better than the pictures they have on their website and is extremely clean. The rooms are all very spacious and they have a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. The restaurant is also delicious! They have a wide range of options for every meal, as well as a coffee cafe/bar. The pool is awesome too! The staff is all very friendly, helpful and speaks great English. The hotel is located perfectly, it’s within walking distance of a huge mall and a $2 taxi ride to the city center. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Prishtina and I hope I can come back soon!

Excellent hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, swimming pool. Gym is kind of small but enough when exerxise is not your number one task. Food is delicious, prices are very reasonable. Service is excellent, very polite and ready to help. Not far away from city center (taxy service available for 3€). Terrace with an excellent view, specially durring the night.

I stayed here for 2 weeks while working in Kosovo and I don't have a single complaint! The rooms are very clean, comfortable, large, and quiet. The breakfast is perfect, enough choices, including wonderful local fruit. But best of all, the staff, from reception to the waiters and waitresses at breakfast to the housekeeping staff to the gym staff and manager--all couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. It feels like home (but better-someone is cleaning and making great macchiatos for me!) It's about a 10 minute drive to the center, and the hotel shuttle will take you right there. So you have the convenience of the city but can get away from the noise and busy-ness of the center of town, to this quiet, comfortable, relaxing spot-with a great pool and gym too.

Nice smallish hotel with great staff. I wish they had a better organization for breakfast and options of food for dinner. They were very limited. But the hotel did not seem to overcharge for anything, and the service quality was great. The view is nice at the moment, the construction around them will change that soon.

The hotel looks new, it is very big and has great facilities. I particularly enjoyed the spa/jacuzzi and pool! The restaurants and bars are nice, food was also very good at breakfast and when we had dinner there. The air con in the room though didn't seem to change and was rather warm most nights. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed, highest quality bathroom. Good breakfast with option of things (like eggs or omelettes) on request. The staff is very kind and helpful. Location is out of city center, you need a taxi to go downtown (cca 10 minutes).
