επέλεξα το ξενοδοχείο καθαρά για το θέμα της ασφάλειας του αυτοκινήτου. μείναμε ένα βράδυ στον γυρισμό στην Ελλάδα. έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ που έχει κάμερες και φύλακα. το ξενοδοχείο είναι ανακαινισμένο, αλλά υπάρχουν προβλήματα. στο πρώτο δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν δεν λειτουργούσε το χερούλι της πόρτα και δεν μπορούσε να κλείσει. πήγαμε ξανα στη ρεσεψιόν και μας έδωσε άλλο δωμάτιο. η πόρτα για να κλείσει σε αυτό, έπρεπε να την τραβήξεις πολύ δυνατά και έκανε πολύ θόρυβο. η ρεσεψιονιστ είπε ότι έτσι κλίνει κανονικά. ευτυχώς που δεν φύγαμε χαράματα γιατί θα ξυπνούσε όλος ο όροφος. στη πόρτα απο μέσα έλειπε το απο πάνω μέρος της κάσας. έχω και φωτογραφία. κατα τα άλλα, ήταν ευρύχωρο, ευχάριστο, καθαρό και με καλό σήμα.wifi. το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο, θα μπορούσαν και καλύτερα για τα λεφτά αυτά. φάγαμε στο εστιατόριο, στη βεράντα που ήταν όμορφα. το φαγητό μέτριο και οι σερβιτόροι ευγενικοί. οι τουαλέτες του εστιατορίου ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικες.…

The worst food ever...everything was prepaired with too much oil ...you should skip beef soup...it had 2dl of oil 😳 and burger are not burgers...i don't know how to name it... Price of food is way too expencive for this quality of food...skip this plase at all cost...

Great hotel for an overnight stop on our journey back to UK. Bedrooms immaculate, shower powerful, beds and pillows super comfy, food beautiful staff so helpful and friendly. Stayed on the way out and booked again for 5 weeks later on our way home.

During the Balkan Tango Blast event in Sep. 2021, here are the few things that the participants of the hotel encountered during their stay: - All 2-bed rooms booked in advance were changed to 3 bed. - In a room with a single woman participant, two men, not even related to the event were checked-in - Another woman was charged for the whole room when two of her neighbours left two days earlier - I had to pay for the additional two days stay, even though it was clearly stated that the DJ of the event gets these two days for free, and the young and shy front man, when I refused to pay, explained, "sir, the manager told me that if I don't make you pay, it will be taken out of my salary". This charge is currently being disputed by the credit company. - The kitchen stuff was extremely slow and sloppy, we had not got our meals on time even once during the whole stay, even though it was all discussed and agreed upon in advance. Overall - stay away from this hotel, either if you are a single traveler, or, avoid it at all costs, if you are planning an event in there!…

Bila Sam ovde jedan Dan, hotel poseduje sve. Pored sobe koja je vrlo komforna I cista, restoran izgleda prelepo, uvece je vrlo prijatno sedeti na terasi restorana. Hrana je preukusna, cevapi su odlicni 👍 Posebno sam uzivala u spa centru, nije bilo guzve pa mi je dozivljaj bio Jos lepsi. Sve preporuke

Predivna terasa i restoran. Hranu i piće koje smo naručili dobili smo u rekordnom roku. Konobar ljubazan i spretan. Prošli smo pored recepcije devojka koja nas je uputila ka restoranu je bila srdačna i zahvalni smo joj na informacijama koje nam je dala. Svraticemo svaki put kada prolazimo. Uživali smo! We just returned from Serbia, where we stayed at Nais Hotel. Was pleasantly surprsied how great and smooth our stay went - from the very check in, during the amazing concert of Miroslav Ilich to the very check out. Very polite and professional staff, yummy braekfast and dinner, spotlessly clean hotel. Would we visit again - YES with no doubts. Our three years old son just adored the place too and made so many friends. Thank you.
