We used hotel for team offsite day and we really enjoyed it. Quiet, nice, relaxing and still very close to city center. Conference rooms spacious and modernly designed, with excellent view to the city. Personnel extremely polite and and at service. Hotel has swimming pool which can serve well for such events bur we didn't use it. Small space for improvement for air condition as it was not at expected level. Overall rating 9 out 10.

We had choosen this hotel because of the wedding of my brother on Saturday night in this hotel. We arrived Friday and continued to stay on until the following Wednesday. - On Monday night after a full day excursion we arrived the hotel arround 21:30 hrs. We found ourselves in the middle of very loud disco music made for a young children's party like that our young children woke up first just when we carried them into the hotel. Later, the kidz aged 8 yrs to probably 12 yrs or so were shouti g and crying very loud on all corridors. Although our family occupied the whole 5th floor, the noise from the open door in the disco mixed with noise on all corridors was far too much and unacceptable when staying in the room. I went down to speak to the manager of the reception. He looked at me and said: this is a party for kids and the music will not finish before midnight - he could do nothing. I explained that he has other guest too and requested that the disco doors should remain closed and peiple should stop making such big noise in the corridors. He had the perfect answer: speak to the hotel manager tomorrow morning! I requested him to intervene without success. THIS IS A PROVEN EXAMPLE FOR INABILITY TO MANAGE A HOTEL . MY ADVISE IS: IF YOU WANT TO PARTY - CHOSSE THIS HOTEL, IF NOT, TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM IT!!!

When I booked for 1 night they did not inform me that there was to be a very loud party booked on the Friday night? They could have given me a room in the older side of the building instead of me having to ask at 2100 and then move! The secure off road parking was small and a problem as my car was blocked in by the party people, I asked twice about this as I was leaving early next morning at 5, but I was just able to leave the car park as it was over-occupied! The packed breakfast that they stated on more than one occasion I could have instead of normal breakfast at 0630 was not prepared for our departure, luckily the night man they have was very helpful. The rooms are a little tired looking, the food was basic and the reception staff did not care.

Great hotel in nice location The view was spectacular and it snowed during night so we woke up to an even greater view The rooms had very good temperature and the beds were comfortable The bathroom big and the shower was perfect with hot water and nice pressure but the hair dryer was broken.. The staff was really friendly and helpful The only negative was the food that didn't had good taste and quality except from the salad and mainly the breakfast (even though the honey wasn't at it's finest and it came out of the capsule like a sugar cube) I definitely recommend it
