Old Town Hostel Kotor has 9 rooms (with 2, 3, 6 or 10 beds), out of which is one exclusive female 6 bed dorm, 8 bathrooms with showers and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen in each room, plus one separate summer kitchen for cooking, and a lounge/cafe bar area.

A great hostel in the heart of old town Kotor. The hostel organizes fun activities, which makes it easy to meet with fellow travellers. Definitely recommend the sunset BBQ and the booze cruise. The staff is amazing and helpful with everything.
The hostel has everything you need: common room with evening beerpong or other games, a pool to hang out at, well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds with curtains, and clean bathrooms. My 2 night stay ended up being more than a week!

One of the best hostels I've been to. The most important thing for me is that the hostel is super clean and with the big lockers to put your things away in. Really nice staff with the good suggestions for the local restaurants. I especially liked the tours they’re organizing, good value for money (barbecue night and boat excursion)- great fun for solo travelers as I am.

I traveled solo and arrived at the hostel quite late, nevertheless I was welcomed there so warm and loving that it immediately felt like home.

The hostel is located in the heart of the old town, surrounded by restaurants and bars, yet I found it most enjoyable to simply spend time with the people in the hostel's common room or pool.
However, if you need some resting time the rooms are also very quiet and cozy.

I even stayed an extra night and joined a boat tour organized by the team there. Which made it super easy to get in touch with the other travelers, and the locals.

I loved that place and the people so much, and I am looking forward to come back soon.

Pros:
The hostel is doing an amazing job about socializing. Every night are events and at daytime several activities as well. Great for meeting new people.

The location is outstanding! In the center of the old town.

Cons:
The facilities of the dorms were not in a good condition. For the money I paid and amount of guests (seems usually fully booked in summer) I expect a bit investment to keep the showers and toilets in shape.

Besides, I booked 2 nights in the 8 bed dorm and extended for one night. After the second night they needed to move me to the 14 bed dorm. What was really strange, I paid 3 EUR more for the third night in the bigger dorm. Usually bigger dorms are cheaper than smaller ones. The management could not give any proper explanation for that. So in case you want to extend, BOOK ONLINE!

Sorry but I disagree with "In best 10 European hostels according to UK's Telegraph!
Lonely Planet no1 recommendation for Kotor...'exceptional!'
Trip Advisor no1 hostel in Kotor!"
It's a good hostel but definitely not outstanding.

I really enjoyed my time here 😊
Staff were helpful, respectful and informative about the area.
The hostel has events taking place and had recommendations such as vegan restaurants, cheap places to eat and where to get cash out without charge.
My room/bed was clean and so was the shower. Perfect location and easy to find without WiFi or data. I slept well here and a good time. Thankyou so much 😁

Situated very conveniently at just a 5 minute walk from the Kotor Bus station, this hostel is really nice. Apart from the location being in the heart of Old Town, this place offers a really cool vibe with the reception being the best place for all to chill. Along with all the usual facilities as we have seen across hostels throughout UK and Europe, this hostel has a very nice host in Milan. He is very helpful and the reception desk has all the links and information required by foreign travellers.

My stay at the hostel was fantastic! They are in a great location, have clean rooms and good wifi! They also have great tours around kotor and the surrounding areas! However the thing that made my stay really fantastic was the staff who work here. Nina in particular was made me feel very welcome as soon as I got there. She was kind warm, and so fun! A perfect receptionist at the hostel! She was also very accommodating to my requests to change rooms in the middle of my stay. Overall I would highly recommend staying here, I’ll be back for sure and I look forward to exploring more of Montenegro! 🇲🇪

The Hostel is right in the old town, with classic old staircases hiding a little pool. It’s clean, there’s plenty of space, staff are nice and there’s organised tours. The Common area gets lively at night, beds are comfy and have privacy curtains.

Got a free private room upgrade, wasn't so busy at the beginning of May. The hostel organised so many things for so so cheap I. E. Boat tour for 10€ when it's usually around 40€. Got to give props to Nick, the great guy in charge! Wouldn't recommend you stay anywhere else.

Hello Saraf478 :) Sorry for delayed reply as I was out of country. I supposed you already managed to find an accommodation but in any case, if haven't, the prices are ok and I don't know as of why did it show you the rates you mentioned in your message. We are quite awesome, but that's too much even for us ;) Thank u and my sorry again.
