We stayed three nights and had an excellent stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the balcony was beautiful, the hotel grounds are lovely - and the value for money is oustanding. Kavalier has a fine restaurant, an excellent bar (they make very good whiskey sours) and a good breakfast buffet. The hotel is quiet, and while it is outside the city centre, getting to the city with an Uber is supereasy.

Dear Kavalier restaurant, Include allergy ingredients list into menu. First you say that is client responsibility to question every dish, then you kindly propose to change a dessert (first strudel I ordered contained nuts) which does not have specific allergens in it , after in bill you force people to pay for 2 desserts. Please take into consideration that allergy is common , and some people can have serious health problems because of it. Though your service did not even apologized, and did not indicate that the dessert they will replace the first one will be added to the bill. Hope others will be aware of such unprofessional behavior and will ask about every single item in menu

Beautiful grounds, very friendly and helpful staff and good value for money. Three very easily fixed things will, however, not cause me to return. The first, and this probably betrays the fact that I am over 60, was the head thumping, loud (garage?) music you are subjected to at breakfast. What is more on each of the three days we stayed we had the same tape. Fora classy joint this music is totally innapproriate. The second was the coffee. Everywhere you go in the Ukraine, you get fantastic real coffee - why not at the premier boutique hotel in Lviv? A Nescafé dispenser! Finally - mosqiitoes! We got bitten during the first night and asked that house keeping sprayed the room. Unfortunately, they didn’t have spray.

The hotel itself is nice, rooms are spacious, beds are good. BUT if you want to relax and enjoy some quiet time, don't go here. They play loud loundge music with a strong beat all the time from early morning until late at night. In the breakfast room and at the swimming pool. Since the majority of the rooms are facing pool side, you cannot escape the loud music. If requested, staff will turn down the volume for 10 minutes before the beat goes up again. This ruined my holiday here in Lviv where I hoped to relax. Besides that, service is not up to the hospitality standards you should be able to expect from a 4* hotel. Breakfast is not kept up when things run out, the staff is slow in serving guests of the hotel, address guests sometimes in a rude way because of poor English, and groups from outside the hotel are given preference at the poolside with reserved seats. I won't be returning.

Not sure I can describe every little thing about this hotel but I can start with beautiful place, spectacular sunsets, outstanding surroundings, wonderful and very friendly staff. Is really a 5 star hotel to me. The food is great too. 100% recommended.
