Hotel Eney is a newly renovated boutique hotel located in in a quiet area of Lviv historical centre and about 20 min. Walk from the Old Market Square with many cafes and restaurants. All 15 air-conditioned rooms are beautifully designed and offer an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. Each comes with a safety deposit box and refrigerator with minibar. Bathrooms offer floor heating and a hairdryer. Free bottle of mineral water and newspapers are offered. The gourmet restaurant serves Ukrainian and international dishes. Every morning is served a buffet breakfast. In the summer guests can have their meals in the garden. For more relaxation, guests can head to the sauna, billiard and massage parlor. Outdoor heated swimming pool is open from May till October. Front desk staff can assist guests 24 hours a day, organizes tours of the area and surrounding points of interest. It also provides guests with tourist information and can help with car rental or tickets booking.

I loved staying at Eney Hotel. The staff was so friendly and professional. My hotel room looked just like the pictures and it was very clean. The AC worked perfectly. The water in the bathroom was the cleanest I have seen in Ukraine. The hotel restaurant had some of the best food that I had in Ukraine. Anytime I come to Lviv, I will stay a his hotel.

I have spent a few days in this hotel. It was big mistake. Prices for stay, for drinks and food in restaurant are similar as on the west of Europe. However service is much below acceptable level. My room was not being cleaned every day. First I have reminded Staff, then I just gave up. The same was with fresh towels, water. They didn't care of anything. Pool is very small, on the pictures much bigger. When it was sunny, of course it was impossible to get some free sun- bed. I didn't use it at all finally. So if you want a pool, do not pay extra because you will need to be lucky to use it. I regret a lot this choice. To city centre 20 minutes by foot nice way.

The main advantage of the hotel is restaurant! amazing dishes! I highly recommend Ukrainian borsch. I have also really enjoyed spending time in swimming pool. The room was cleaned every single day. Bed was super-comfy and enormous.

Stuff very helpfull .. at least one of them spoke english so no problem there and always smiling, willing to help, amazing people. Room looked very nice and bathroom modern and stylish and clean, towels and bed fresh every day, very nice garden up front for families .. breakfast buffet good enough for me I loved it .. awesome place to stay <3

Th staff was very friendly and English speaking, excellent customer service and answered all customer requests and questions swiftly. You can order all you want from Breakfast menu with a broad selection, tasty and filling, excellent food at the restaurant! The amenities look clean and relaxing. Very safe and great security surveillance cameras, the location is OK only 15 minutes walk to the city. Down side is there is no lifts, I have to go up and down four flights of stairs but the staff carried my luggage up and down for me. The showers take forever for it to become warm even after requesting a temperature increase several times the basin was still cold after running the tap for a long time. My room was fairly small and strangely hot (despite the winter), comfortable bed but needed a remote control for the air conditioning to work. The staff came up and helped me with opening the SKY window but overnight rain came through and wet the desk and seat.…

We have just had a beautiful stay in this awesome hotel in lviv, came to visit friends of my wife in her hometown, these guys were so welcoming that we ended up inviting them to the hotel for a semi traditional orthodox xmas feast which was well tasty! these guys just went out of their way to provide great personalised service…more butter for me & hot milk for my wife's coffee & a myriad other small but significant touches that made us very comfortable! We have found our base for all future vista to this brilliant city, I hope that writing this review does not lead to the hotel being so busy that we can't get a room next time! We went with our family and a group of friends. The hotel is such a nice place to stay. Very kid friendly hotel with laid back staff who are happy to help out. We were there for their anniversary of opening and they had a party on. We were welcomed in for food and drinks which was so kind. Oleksiy, the barman and waiter, was really good with our son when he started to get grumpy and was just really helpful in general. Definitely worth staying there. Good job!

We stayed here 5 nights and were very comfortable. Breakfast was made to order. They also have dinner until 2200 but we didn't eat there. Bed was superb with a real queen size duvet, not the skinny pile-on type they feature here in Europe most of the time. It's a short 5$ US to town by cab. They have a pool, though at 13 C there weren't any takers. Staff speaks excellent English and very helpful. Car park is secured. It's not cheap by Ukrainian standards, but it's a tourist boutique hotel. I highly recommend it.
