Arrived into Lviv Train Station at 5am from Krakow! So tired, had a snack and took Taxi to this Hotel. I was amazed how the Hotel let us check-in at 7.30am..BIG THANK YOU! The Reception was welcoming and so was the Receptionist. The rooms are lovely and spot on! The corridors are a bit dark, but funky! The Spa is so nice - so make sure on a Sunday you make it before 1pm as they close then. The Spa is a little indoor walk from the Hotel corridor - funny to parade through the Gym in a Bathrobe! My friend and I slept well! The Breakfast is the let down to be honest. The Breakfast room is lovely, but the inattentive breakfast staff member needs more customer service training as when we asked for Cappuccinos he didn't look very happy as it looked more of a chore. I suggest a Coffee Machine for guests to help themselves. We had Brussels Sprouts for Breakfast - Bizzare! The Breakfast is simple and could be better. The location is so easy for the charming city - just 10 minute walk to the busy old city. I will come back - price is nice!…
Checked in pre airport early on a Sunday it was and is so very quiet - check in was great simple and they were ready for me - room great albeit too many mirror for my Liking and a see through shower - Never ate so not a comment bar was dead which meant excellent service albeit the staff are constantly on their mobiles prob through boredom
We stayed one night (20 August) in this very nice hotel well equiped. We had a spacious and confortable room. Front desk people were very nice. We ate in the restaurant and the food was quite good. However we were surprised to not have the dessert menu and we feel the waitress was impatient we finished.
Nice and fresh hotel. The breakfast on weekdays was good as you could order omelettes, pancakes, porridge etc from the kitchen. At the weekend it did not go, then there were only finished food. The gym and spa did not belong to the hotel. It was in the building next door but was able to get there via the hotel. However, not so smooth as you had to first go there and get the key and cabinets and then back to be able to enter. They were not good in English either so some misunderstandings. Since the spa and gym did not belong to the hotel, so were many people from outside. Large gym with almost all equipment. Massage was good. Took about 10-15 min to walk into town
Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. We booked the deluxe and suite and were not let down by the quality of the room. Restaurant offers a decent breakfast and during Christmas Eve they offered free food and drinks for the guests. Only remark would be that the SPA is closed on official holidays and this was not communicated with our booking via Hotels.com. But the SPA itself is of good quality so I will not lower the point count because of this.
Hotel molto funzionale e situato in centro. Il personale è super gentile, le camere perfette e la spa con prezzi accessibilissimi. Grande piscina al coperto. Buona la colazione anche se forse con non molte scelte. Tornerò sicuramente! Very functional hotel located in the city center. The stuff is incredibily kind, room are perfect and the spa isn't expesive at all. Big indoor swimming pool. Breakfast is good even if it doesn't have many choiches. I'll definitely go back!
This is a shortish walk from the Old Town, and very close to public transport. It is very 21st Century. From the lifts, to the keys, to the tv in the mirror.... about as up to date as you can get. Subtle floor lighting, snazzy lifts. Reception had excellent English, very friendly and willing to help. I didn't use the pool, but my mate did and it got a thumbs up. Breakfast was ok.... nice array of serial and fruit, limited breads and hot selection and you have to ask for coffee (which isnt a problem). The bar service in the evening was good. I would say, however, that the corridors are very dark - which is a bit tricky when you have stairs in them. Lviv is a great place, very cheap and very friendly. I get a chance to come back, I'll stay here again.
I wouldn't say this hotel is amazing. It is rated "4" stars but it feels like a 2 star hotel. Room was okay cheap toiletries. Towels are old... no water provided in the room. Restaurant is over priced. Staff is okay. I wouldnt stay here again for the rate that I paid.
Unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation after we a small email conversation with the ‘administrator’. They have a ‘strict’ 2 person to a room policy, which can be broken if you book a more expensive room (of course), but children younger than 16 (!) are not allowed in the pool and other areas of the Spa...unless (here it is) you hire a ‘coach(?)’. So we booked at a truly child friendly place!
My husband and I stayed in this hotel at the end of June. Our room was beautiful and roomy. The hotel is about a ten minute walk to downtown. It is clean and the breakfast is decent. No complaints, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lviv.
