Great location right in the square. Our room did look over the square which was nice, although this did mean the it was fairly loud all day up until about 1am (you can here piano music from the restaurant downstairs) so bare that in mind when booking, quieter rooms face the back courtyard. Staff helpful, looked after our luggage etc and booked us a taxi at 4am for our flight. Room was cosy, but there was adequate space for all our stuff. Bathroom was pretty big. Great value for money as location is perfect. We would stay here again, although we'd ask for a room on the back side of the hotel so it's quieter!

The location is absolutely great. It is easy to get to using public transportation or you can get a cab a little ways away (it is in a pedestrian zone). The staff is very helpful, friendly, and spoke English. They have a little pamphlet prepared of service things to do in Lviv which can be a good baseline for a trip. The room is clean, reasonably sized, and the bed is comfortable.

Cannot say enough superlatives about this hotel. Located on the central square, when I checked in I was offered my choice of two rooms. Clean, affordable, attentive staff, this place is fantastic. Took the train to Lviv then a tram to the hotel, which was steps from the tram stop.

This is an absolutely ideal location that is walking distance just about anywhere. The staff consisting of Olena, Marianna, Maria and Serhij are delightful and very accommodating. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated and are equipped with all necessary amenities. Couldn't ask for more! An overall very positive experience! Very highly recommended!!!

We wanted a central location in the old town of Lviv and this was the ideal solution. Our room overlooked the square, it was fairly small but very pleasant and we really felt connected to the city. All the staff were friendly and helpful, lending us an umbrella during a rainstorm without us even having to ask! Of course the square can be noisy at night but the rooms are double-glazed so you can just close the windows. One tip - if you want to stay during the jazz fest (this time of year) book well in advance.
