Originally, we had another hotel booked in Lviv, but for a few reasons decided not to stay there and made a reservation at Ferenc instead.
That was one of the best decisions that we’ve made!
Ferenc was amazing from the very moment we stepped in. It is in a great location right in the city center and the interior does not disappoint either.
But, the most important thing that made us fall in love with this hotel was the staff. The service was more than we could ever ask for, the lady at the reception during the check in was extremely helpful and gave us the warmest welcome. Also a huge thanks to the restaurant staff, they recommended some awesome speak easy cocktail bars ;)

It was really good to visit, we used the Finebite app and it was a really good choice. Location just in the center, helpful staff, nice menu, good quality, highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and modern and the staff are all very friendly and most helpful. The restaurant serves excellent cuisine and the hotel is centrally located, close to all the wonderful sites that Lviv has to offer.

Our room was very clean and spacious.
Room was hot eventhough the air conditioning was off (in January).
The hotel was very close to Rynok square like 7 -10 minutes walk.
Also very close to Potocki palace (2 minutes)
The staff was nice and helpful.

First of all - no idea what the person below is on about ' please go if you don't speak Russian ' - I am English and had no problems whatsoever, the staff were nice, that review is an absolute disgrace.
Great location, helpful staff, good choice of food for breakfast, had a really happy stay at this hotel albeit sadly for just one night.
The bedroom was of a good size, clean, good shower and very tidy.
The only small problem we did have, was dealt with quickly by reception. Original room was next to the terrace - our window you could see the terrace. Wondered whether to stay in room ( loads of chairs there so potentially people using the facility up at night ) and got parnter to go to do a quick sound check to see potential problems. Glad we did that and very very happy we moved room - needs rectifying regarding sound for other guests as this could cause a huge sleep issue in my view.
Moved to the other side, and no dramas at all. A fantastic bed, new room great, very very happy :)

Located 5 minuteswlak from the market square - Modern, chic and spotless. I had never stayed in an industrial style hotel before but this was lovely. Room 211 2 x singles , great bathroom and comfortable beds. If you are English might want to take a kettle - but thats just an English thing. Staff were excellent and English was perfect. I would stay here again - Hotel map is very useful - easier to use than big tourist map for the centre.
