I stayed in this hotel 3 nights. Location is great, just few steps away from the main square, everything at walking distance but there is also a tram stop close by if needed. The common areas are super nice, as it was also my room. I was a bit surprised that there was no door for the bathroom but in the end I was alone so ok. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area where there are many bars and restaurants, and they provide earplugs for the night in case of noise...I slept with earplugs and didn't have any issue. In the room I found also a bottle of water and soap, shampoo, etc that was nice. Some comments about the room: - housekeeping was done only if requested; - I think that maybe an additional shelf in the bathroom would be helpful as also maybe in the room itself, the cabinet was a bit small. I didn't try the breakfast. Receptionist are available between 9 and 18. Outside these hours there were the doormen but they didn't speak english. One of the receptionist, Yulia (I hope I remember correctly the name, anyways she is a blonde young lady) is great, she gave me a lot of suggestions about places to visit, restaurants, tour, etc. I really appreciated it! I asked for an early check in and they accepted my request, as they could keep my luggage the last day while I was visiting the city. They can also help to arrange transfer and tours. Price I think it is the average touristic one. If I would recommend this hotel? YES!…
Tried to connected with them on several occasions. For days, they did not answer emails, messages - and the reception hung up on me twice. No English spoken at all. I recommend you spare yourself the hassle of their service.
That was the great example of hospitality with a style. Terrific hotel, friendlym stylish and comfortable, with the most central location you can imagine, with terrifying view and with awesome cocktail bar.
Enjoyed my stay here so much. Good hotel breakfast was included . Perfect view on the street from the room. Very friendly stuff in the hotel. The room is very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend it
Divine decor and location! We loved the colours and design of this boutique hotel. It was so historic, stylish & artistic. Situated in several ancient mansions fused together, the locaton couldn’t be better - just yards from the main square. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. They also speak good English. Generous breakfast till 11am (tho’ they clear it on the dot so don’t be toooo late!). You hear the occasional busker from the street on Saturday but we found it jolly, so didn’t bother with our earplugs. Highly recommended ~ you’ll have a great time!
I had a nice single room, comfortable and with a beautiful bathroom. The hotel has a very central location, just a 2 minutes walk to the Rynok Square. This central location has also a downside, there is some noise from the streets (musicians, bars, passing people). But you get earplugs and there is an airco, when you want to keep the windows closed. Excellent breakfast. Good buffet with hot dishes made to order.
This place is very unique in Lviv city, its cozy, lovely&warm! The personal is very very open and attentive!Every detail in this place deserves 5+,you will never feel sorry by choosing this place!Usually never writing reviews but i couldn’t resist!
Stayed at this very centrally located hotel when attending a friends wedding. I had a superior single room. Nice and clean. The service is good at this hotel and the staff speaks good English. Do ask for a room facing away from the street since it is noisy (musicians, passing people). The breakfast is very good. We also tried the adjoining restaurant for lunch and it was good and very fresh.
Very clean hotel, comfortable with excellent service. In the city center, easy accessible. Many restaurants, bars, gift shops around. Internet connection is very good, stuff very helpful! Always when I travel to Lviv I choose this hotel.
My train from Kiev was at six in the morning and so I was delighted on arriving at the hotel to find that my room was ready and the hotel had an excellent location, being very close to Rynok Square. The hotel was spotless, the room comfortable and the buffet breakfast was spot on, especially as they'd cook omelettes and scrambled eggs to order. In addition, the young staff were all very helpful, whether booking taxi or directing me to the famous Lychakivsky Cemetery ... take mosquito repellant for the latter. Lviv is a lively place, so there was plenty of street noise until late, but the windows were double glazed and my room had aircon. MW
