We stayed in the hotel for 1 night when we visited in the city. The hotel is at the heart of the old city. The public parking is very close. The hotel and the rooms are very nice. The staff are very welcoming and willing to help. The breakfast is wonderful. Very good place to stay.
Overall a nice stay. Great location and lovely cafe. Nice view from the room. Some issues, the rooms are abit dated, u have one key card so if u want to charge your phone while out you can't as no electricity. The temp of the jacuzzi was very luke warm so the wellness room wasn't great. Breakfast on the first morning had great selection but on the second it was missing alot of the options. My wife asked for English breakfast tea and was told she would have to pay a premium above black tea.this needs to be addressed especially when you can chose any barista coffee of your liking.
Fantastic hotel in the centre of the old town - amazing staff who were so helpful and nice. The breakfast was included and was really a very good selection of hot and cold - would definitely recommend. The room was quiet and felt very private and the bed was a generous size and comfortable. We really enjoyed our trip.
Room was very nice and clean, loved the bathroom!! The location is perfect, steps from everything you need/want. They even had a mini spa. It was nice to have a lift as a lot of hotels (for obv. reasons didn't) so it was a special treat.
Beautiful hotel, clean and cozy with beautiful ambience. Friendly and helpful staff (and great cakes). We especially enjoyed wellness center on 4th floor, with sauna and tea corner. The breakfast is good and diverse.
Fantastic boutique hotel that’s wonderfully located with great, friendly service. The breakfast was delicious and choices were plentiful. It has a cute little bar and outdoor seating, all set in the heart of the old city. Reasonably priced for the quality. Would definitely go again.
We joined our stay in this beautiful hotel with a excellent service, clean and romantic rooms and a delicious breakfast. The place where the hotel is situated is perfect for all who wants to explore the several sightseeing points in and around sibenik.
The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location to see the delightful town of Sibenik. We spent 2 days here and wished it could have been longer. Perhaps next time. We thoroughly enjoyed having coffee and cake in the outside terrace. The staff to were wonderful and each one from the reception staff to breakfast and to the coffee and cake were so helpful providing us with information regarding Croatia. We can’t wait to return
Wonderful and beautiful hotel. People very friendly!! Right in the best location, and great service. The best breakfast in Croatia. Lovely old heritage palace, with lots of restaurants close buy. Thanks to the nice staff!
This started off promising. You can't drive to this hotel. If you come by vehicle you get dropped off 150-200m away. A very friendly and helpful young man came down from the front desk and took our bags up. He was really great. Unfortunately when he left everything good about the hotel left as well. It's in a good location in the center of old town. Walk out your door and you're there. But location is only part of it. Our room was fine - no water in the room, no coffee, no tea. Just the usual bar fridge stocked to the rim with overpriced drinks that someone must buy (I honestly don't know who buys these things but someone must). One pillow per person - queen bed had two separate blankets. I've seen this before in my travels - this might be a local custom. I don't like it. One pillow then some sateen pillow thing that can't be laundered and I certainly don't want to put my head on after it's been in a hotel room and another gold fabric pillow that again can't be laundered and shouldn't be on a hotel bed. There was a fragrance of some sort in our room that drove my wife's nose crazy. She immediately got stuffed up and had a hard time sleeping. This has never happened before and we've stayed in some pretty sketchy places. No staff wearing masks - not even in food service. No obvious efforts to curb Covid in place - it's as if Covid doesn't exist here. No signs asking customers to wear masks either and the predominantly German clientele present while we visited did not wear masks at all - not even those who were coughing in the food service area. Disgusting. If there were signs anywhere they were not highly visible and no mask wearing was encouraged or enforced. The young lady at the front desk on the afternoon of our arrival (9/9) was just plain rude and unhelpful. The pink haired young woman at breakfast the next day looked and acted downright angry. Geez, people, if you don't like your job go do something else. The breakfast buffet is small - the smallest we've seen so far. No regular teas available - all herbal (mint, chamomile, peach etc.) No black, green, earl grey etc. Food choices limited - coffee was that garbage stuff out of a super auto machine. This was disappointing in a meditteranean influenced area that generally serves Illy or other superior coffees. This hotel has cut corners wherever and whenever they could. Would not stay here again and do not reccommend.…
