Detailed Reviews
The hotel is lovely and clean and modern. The rooms were cleaned everyday and were of a high standard. There are no balcony’s so if you are looking for a balcony this is not the hotel for you. The windows/doors opened up if you want fresh air or you have air con in the rooms. The breakfast was really good and we had dinner in the buffet a couple of times and it was good. Beach and pool are lovely and very close to each other which was great for my kids to run in between the two. The only downsides I would say would be that it is a taxi ride to Old Sibenik so you are kind of stuck on the resort unless you have a car or want to pay for a taxi. The restaurants on the resort are not particularly cheap and you do need to book for a few of them.
Overall I found the staff really quite helpful although in the dinner hall it is quite a challenge to get a drink!! The reception staff are all lovely and super helpful, they are obviously overworked with paperwork (yes actually printing off emails, not digital) for all the Covid tests. They did make a couple of mistakes but were so helpful in getting it resolved.
Lastly the lady selling the tours in reception - be very careful. She mis sold a tour to me she claimed I did not have to do any walking if we did not want to and when we turned up for the waterfall trip we had to walk 30mins straight away, which was not great for my asthmatic son. A pre warning would have been nice. She was being clever and pretending it was lost in translation so she should get her commission!
Apart from that I had a lovely stay at the hotel.

Dear Sophie, Thank You for choosing Amadria Park hotel Ivan and for taking the time to leave us a feedback. We are delighted to hear how much You and Your family enjoyed Your stay with us and to receive Your very complimentary comments about our property and facilities, and most of all, about our dedicated team. It's great to know that You enjoyed the convenient position of the pool and the beach, and that our facilities well suited Your needs. A carefully selected food offerings in our restaurant are indeed of a high quality and we really thank You for pointing that out. You were staying in our hotel in August, which is the period of the highest occupancy, and we are aware that sometimes delay in service may occur. We are so grateful for Your understanding on this matter and for a recognition of the hard work and helpfulness of our team. Lastly, we apologize for an inconvenience You had during the guided tour and we regret that You didn't tell us about this at the time. We would like to emphasize that the person You booked it with is not the employee of the hotel and we would still like to believe it was just a misunderstanding between You and her. It was a pleasure having You as our guests and we are looking forward to host You again and to provide You with another unforgettable sunny stay! Modern hotel with a clean feel to the premise and a good selection of restaurants around the resort. Good access to beaches and the En Vogue Beach Club is only a short walk away.
A good a variety of food at breakfast, but get there early as it can feel too busy. The lady cooking the omelettes (Melinka) has perfected them - give these a try!
A couple of negative points however:
1. We asked for an iron to use on our clothes, but were advised this wasn't possible as a paid laundry/ironing service was available. Not ideal - the prices were quite steep also.
2. The on site pool bar could do with modernising and having some more staff on hand. Service was a little slow, although the drinks were good.
Would stay again - the En Vogue Beach Club (10 minutes walk) added a great lively atmosphere to this holiday. Without this club, I would not recommend this hotel to people looking for a party atmosphere as otherwise, it is quite a relaxed environment.

Dear Ash M, Thank You so much for choosing Amadria Park Hotel Ivan and for taking the time to share Your experience! All of our facilities are dedicated to a guests comfort and it brings us so much pleasure to know that our resort provided You with everything You needed for a fabulous stay. Thank You for pointing out the cleanliness of our hotel and a vibrant atmosphere in the En Vogue club. Breakfast is indeed one of our highlights, and we are so happy You enjoyed it. We couldn't agree more, Melinka definitely knows how to prepare delicious omelette, and Your comment made her day! As You mentioned, we don't provide an iron the room, instead we offer a laundry service at, we believe, fair price. Thanks again for reviewing us, Your feedback helps us to improve our service. We promise You a 5 -Star experience next time and we hope it will be soon! Best regards Vedran Kopačević Hotel Manager Amadria Park Hotel Ivan

This is a beautiful hotel and all the staff are polite and welcoming (apart from the manager who is quite rude) but they have their issues and I want to concentrate on my top three.
Cleanliness of the pool area is poor. The beds are never washed down, the floor dirty and a guy at the end of the night with his mop cleans an odd bird droppings. Invest in a hosepipe and sanitiser.
Disability access is available throughout the hotel with ramps ect. Until you get to the pool. A lovely area to wheel a chair into the pool directly but a bridge with steps to access it prevents use. A serious design fault. The only steps leading into the pool needs a hand rail so people with limited mobility can steady themselves going in and out.
Overpriced and as a result poor value for money. The cost of items on the resort is extremely expensive and this breeds resentment. We pay a lot to stay at the resort so to charge €30 for a double sunlounger is too much, everyone is sat around the pool and the cabana are stood empty because people won’t pay that amount. Such a waste. Drinks costing €2 in a bar were €6 at the hotel. If the hotel orders you a taxi is €28 into the town, if you order an Uber it’s €9 but you have to walk to the main gate to collect it. The hotel won’t allow you to order your own taxi to the door. We worked out quite soon that having an Uber to and from a restaurant in town, having a three course meal with alcohol, was cheaper than eating at the resort. Plus there is much more vibe in the town, there is nothing for adults on the resort to do in an evening.
These are the top three things that dampened our holiday, I’ve not covered all the other things.
I hope the management considers this review and improves on these areas for future guests.

Dear guest, First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay. We would also like to thank you for such a comprehensive and detailed review of your stay. Regarding your comment about the cleanliness of the area around the pool located in front of the hotel, we must say that the area is cleaned twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. During the day we don't want to disturb guests who want to rest and enjoy at the pool. Also, our pool is located under trees which gives you a nice shade during these warm days. When it comes to the prices of our products and services, we believe that they are in line with the price-quality ratio provided by a 4+ star hotel, and we are truly sorry if we did not meet your expectations. As for the entertainment program, apart from the bars in each of the hotels where there is live music every night, we have a dance and music program every night in the Mediterranean city where there is also a bar. We are sorry if you were not informed about all the events in our resort. Once again, we would like to thank you for your comments and the time you took to send us feedback. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to host you again in the future so we can make your next stay unforgettable. We warmly welcome you, Hotel manager Vedran Kopačević Amadria Park Ivan****+

What I expect from a four star hotel:
1) Silent room – No 348 is too loud bc of restaurant guests talking downstairs (>40 dB, see pic). I could sleep only with a pillow; on Sa I was awaken at 6 am bc staff collected glasses from tables or something in this kind.
2) comfortable bed - right side was awful, like it is five years one has to change it. Left side was better.
3) cleanness - fulfilled
4) reliability of service: no pick up in the airport although booked;
the driver who took me back to the airport tried to educate me to come 20 minutes earlier to check out bc his waiting is not paid by the hotel. Very impolite driver.
5) fast check out: although talked to the staff at 9 am which bills I need, all 3 bills encompassed no address although I was showing it whole booking over the hotels website. It took 20 min to check out.
6) customer orientation: only by the concierge Ivanna and in the Spa. The rest of personnel is totally inflexible. E.g. if I wish a fresh pressed juice for breakfast for a fee, I need to bring it from the bar, 50 m from the restaurant. If I order latte with almond milk, it is impossible in a bar bc they have only rice milk but the restaurant 50 m has several plant based milks; no possibility to order drinks in a glass near swimming pool, only in plastic although there max 5 people there at once. No service near the swimming pool. Last but not least, the hotel expects me to bring dirty towels to the lobby. Daily. It is like a hostel feeling to do logistics for their towels.
7) functional gym: yes, two rooms, very good organized.
8) good care products in the room: it took me three calls to get a tooth paste for free, and not to go to the „boutique“ in the ground floor to buy it. Unfortunately,
I was not that successful with the shaver…All care products are made in China, look dangerous (like in the Best Western in Pakistan), and smell also not good. Why not to put something Croatian?
9) healthy breakfast:only a few veggies, daily is everything 100 same, juices are synthetically mixed, no pure oat flakes. Average. No service at table for coffee.
Now about the Ressort: this hotel is one of a few which are 6 km from Šibenik. I was feeling like in a prison. Everything is the same: water, food, prices… you have two restaurants and zero variety. I feel like in a communistic country with no variety, no customer orientation and many personell walking around…
The beach is not a sand beach but stony. If you go to lie at the beach, you fill find same hard and uncomfy beds like near pool but need to pay 6 or 7€ daily.
Summary: only directly in Šibenik next time
Finally, I would like to thank to Ivanna, who immensely simplify a lot of things. I hope the hotel management appreciates her professionalism and customer orientation!

Dear Smalltalk1, I'm very disappointed to hear that Your experience with us left You so underwhelmed and that there were issues in so many areas, starting from a pick up at the airport to the check out procedure. We are usually recognized for an outstanding service and excellent product, and I regret that You experienced so many challenges. Getting enough quality sleep is vital, and therefore I apologize for the noise as well as for the uncomfortable bed. If we had known about this at the time, we would have relocate You to a quieter part of a hotel. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or a dinner, our resort offers something to satisfy any palate, even the pickiest eaters, and I'm sorry to hear that You found it to be average. We will use this feedback though and add some more variety to our menu. While I appreciate You highlighting the courteous behavior and impeccable professionalism You've received from Ivana and our Spa team, I was disheartened to read Your comments about our staff and I assure You that Your experience is certainly not indicative of our usual level of service. If You could afford the time, I would welcome an opportunity to discuss this further and see how might we restore Your faith in our hotel. I can be reached at hotel.ivan@amadriapark.com Sincerely, Vedran Kopačević Hotel Manager Amadria Park Hotel Ivan

Croatia is such a beautiful country, but people need to work on their attitude, as they have lots of tourists!! As soon as we arrived at the airport, the passport control lady was awful, bleah! We said OK, she might just have a bad day.
We reached at our resort around 12pm,booked a package with jet2holiday, we had no info about the check-in only available at 3pm, so half of the day was already wasted. No info from the reception, they just told us to wait in the lobby and wait for a room to be available.. There was complementary water and prosseco on arrival, but we had no idea.,no one offered us. staff is rude and unprofessional. If you wanna go and have dinner, you need to reserve a table at the reception, because they might refuse your entry if not (still we had no idea). This place has so much more potential, the rooms are nice and super clean, the lobby is very elegant, I just wish the staff were more trained and more professional!!! All our respect goes to Marko, the waiter from Trattoria restaurant, who made our stay more pleasant, and we always ask for him to serve us when he's on duty. We're currently on our second day here, and 5 more to go.. They need more people in order to provide a service up to the standards of the resort and for the pay rate included. Food is nice, drinks are not.. They still have the Covid rules, so only outdoor serving. Everything is closing at 23. Maximum 00.

Dear Delia d, Thank You for choosing our country and our hotel for Your vacations. We are happy to know that our modern design, prime location and immaculate room left such a positive impression on You. Still, it is a great disappointment to hear that You left our hotel unsatisfied. Check in time at our hotel is from 3 PM, and this is clearly stated on our official website, as well as in our lobby area. We are sorry if You weren't told about this by Your agency. And, yes, there is a complimentary drink for our guests, served upon arrival. Our reception team is always pleased to offer the drink to the guests, however, when it gets too busy at the Front Desk, our guests are more than welcome to serve themselves. You were staying in our hotel in August, which is the period of the highest occuppany, and therefore we suggested You to make the reservation for the restaurants in our resort before going there. Due to high demand, sometimes they were booked a few days in advance, and we just wanted to make sure that You will actually get a table. Nevertheless, we are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused You, and we will use this feedback to ensure that the flawless communication is always upheld. We work very hard to make sure all of our guest have a rewarding stay and are dismayed to hear that the level of service You received did not match Your expectations. Thank You again for being very honest with Your comments as we definitely can learn from this. And many thanks for Your kind words to Marko from Trattoria, be assured that he will receive a recognition for his outstanding attitude and helpfulness. We hope You will give us another opportunity and we promise that next time You will get a wonderful experience that most of our guests have! Kind regards Vedran Kopačević Hotel Manager Amadria Park Hotel Ivan

Stayed here for the last two weeks and would not recommend. Although the trip improved as it went on, there were lots of little things that contributed to not having a great time, despite paying a lot to stay here!
When we arrived both my partner and I were offered a drink, however no one ever brought one for him over. Then when we got to the pool there were no beds, when we informed the man working at the pool that this is the case we were told to look for ones with towels on where no one was sitting and basically find spare ones ourself. This was not a relaxing start to the holiday!
There were also other aspects which were not good - when we asked the bar for a little bit of milk for tea (I had brought my own tea bags) one man said no we had to pay which seems quite ridiculous. When I then spoke to reception about the fact we were not happy they didn’t offer much to resolve this other than going to use the spa pool, which we did not want to use with it being indoors.
The rooms were also very small and the air conditioning was quite poor along with the fridge which often leaked water due to it not being cold enough.
There were also a couple of bits around the pool- a tile became loose and when we reported this it took a few days to resolve even though it was a health and safety concern!
In addition to these things, there is not that much to do or entertainment that you would get at other hotels.
We found that there was a lot of inconsistency overall, however I did want to mention that some of the staff, particularly in the dining room were lovely and did a good job, clearing plates promptly and were positive and friendly.
All in all, if you are a young couple I wouldn’t come to this hotel and would find somewhere else with more going on!

Dear Lisa, Thank You for staying with and for sharing this valued review. We pride ourselves in delighting our guests and making sure every detail of their stay is enjoyable and we are sincerely sorry for the shortcomings You've experienced at the pool and at the bar, as it doesn't reflect our high standards. Likewise, it is our deep regret to hear that Your experience related to the room didn't meet your expectations, and that You didn't find the atmosphere here to be entertaining enough. Our team work tirelessly to provide the top service, and it's encouraging that You appreciated the assistance of our restaurant staff. While we understand that we missed several opportunities, we still hope there might be an opportunity to welcome You back to restore Your faith in our hotel. Sincerely, Vedran Kopačević Hotel Manager Amadria park Hotel Ivan

The hotel is clean & modern & in a fairly decent location which we thought would be enough however it is lacking in a number of areas. The staff are rude & stand offish, not particularly helpful & it was too much trouble to provide customer service! - we broke some of them by being overly polite & trying to have banter with them. There is no information in the rooms, we had no idea what time breakfast started, any info on restaurants etc. coffee making facilities poor (no milk). Turns out after 9pm you cannot get any food anywhere!! The cake in the bar was stale so was sent back & the beach bar was closed for an entire day. Cocktails weren’t great anyway. The breakfast is ample & lots of variety but doesn’t start until 7am (no good if you have an early flight). Loved Croatia & Sibinek but we expect more from a hotel - it only needed small improvements which would be pretty easy to rectify.

Dear Doris D, Thank You for choosing our hotel and for sharing the details of Your stay. We truly appreciate Your compliments to our location, our lavish breakfast buffet and our uncompromising level of cleanliness. However, Your comments about our team came as an unpleasant surprise, as we set a high standard for ourselves, and we're sorry to hear that this was not met in Your interaction with us. We would like the opportunity to talk and investigate Your feedback further, and it is our aim to take a corrective action and provide You with a much improved service in the future. Please feel free to reach out to hotel.ivan@amadriapark.com with any further comments, concerns or suggestions You wish to share. Hi,
First of all I wanna say thank you in the name of the company Partners&Orka Ltd for being your quests in Amadria Park Ivan Hotel. We are maximally enjoyed in beauty of the Solaris Resort and hotel services.
I loved the hotel, excellent food, rooms are very fashionable and classy, the whole hotel is dominated by rich greenery, beautiful ambience with friendly staff who want to respond to every request, great Wi-FI coverage in the whole complex, film screening on the beach is a full hit! You bought me with that to come again :)
My only complaint is that, why En Vogue doesn't work at night!? And business people wanna have fun too ;)
Everything was perfect.
Big greetings to whole CEO team, you are doing a great job!
Regards,
Sandra

This is one hotel in a resort which is nicely situated outside Šibenik, with it's private beaches and a lot of attractions, specially for children. Staff is very professional, expirienced and polite, warm in contact and willing to help. Hotel is very nicely renovated, but it is also pitty because rooms are very small. Bathroom is small, but clean. Most rooms in that part do not have terrace or balcony, so - for business purposes hotel is superb for family vacation - choose another one in this resort.

+1
I haven't written a recommendation for a long time, but after staying at this hotel, I will be happy to do so. We spent almost a week here and it's probably the coolest hotel in Croatia. Very clean, fragrant, delicious fresh breakfasts - very varied, every evening live music with a piano. And above all, kind and competent staff. First you see a smile and then a person who is always very helpful. Thank you for the great hospitality.

We took a taxi from the hotel to the waterfalls (don't remember the name of the site) and it cost us 15~ euro per person for a 25 minutes of driving. Taxi price is cheap.
