We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday in october with our little son (18 Months when visiting). We were looking for a small place in the nature where he can run around independently and play outside while we relax and do not have to be afraid of streets, stairs and so on. We found Agroturism Kapic as a perfect place for this and were very happy about this decision! Ivana and Anita are very lovely hosts and serve the best breakfast ever! They offer tasty homemade products like cheese, ham, bread, wine, ajvar or fig jam and the weekly croatian dinner is very delicious, too. Don´t miss! We felt very warm welcome and they made us feel comfortable at every moment.

We had the lovely and huge apartment straight across the whirlpool which was perfect for mummy with a glass of wine as well as her boys who could stay inside watching the fireplace or goats next door ;) It was very, very clean and we had a really good sleep in the calm and cozy bedroom with baby crib. The apartment even has two separated bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge living room with an open kitchen, fireplace and TV. Our son also loved the little playground and to run around the beautiful arranged garden.

Please note, that Wifi doesn´t really connect in this area of the property and we used our mobile data. Also you will need a rental car and there a not many restaurants around, but the location of Agriturism Kalpic is perfect for small day trips with kids like visiting Krka, Sibenik, Zadar or Split, but you can also easily hang around in Kalpic for some lazy days.

We would definitely come back one day and already recommended this lovely place to our friends and family!

It's luxury and refinement. Very nice apartment, decorated with great taste (the armchair hanging in the living room is all the rage). The 2 swimming pools available allow you to cool off and relax and are an undeniable asset considering the heat prevailing inland. Only small regret the absence of restaurant in the structure as the establishment is still quite isolated.

Very authentic, very pleasant place - warm welcome. Excellent breakfast - Quiet, to enjoy the wonders of the region. Sibenik is 20 minutes away, Krka national park is 10 minutes away, the Kornati islands are a day trip from Sibenik by boat. A swim in the pool at the end of the day

The place is very pleasant, clean and spacious. We were received by a very pleasant person who spoke English well and also took care to answer us in French. Good advice for dinner nearby and a very good breakfast. I recommend it to you in particular with your family.

We loved it and miss the spot already! Gorgeous place to stay, Ivana and Anita do everything to make you feel very welcome and embraced. They were só enthusiastic, friendly and infectiously cheerful that you must love them right away ;-) The tasty breakfast, pool, hottub, and ‘bugs for our boys’ were great extra’s. Beyond expectations!

Top location, top welcome, top breakfast. Nothing to add except to go there with your eyes closed. The only small problem is the smell in the bathroom. An oasis of well-being in the middle of the countryside, near krka. Thank you for everything.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a 9 night trip. We hired a car from Split airport and found Kalpic quite easily. I noticed that another reviewer has said the signs are down now, so we were lucky!
The location is quite rural and you would need your own transport to get here. When we arrived we were shown to our room. This was in the new traditional stone built house. The room was large and airy and had a good sized shower room. There was a door which led out onto our own private terrace with table and chairs. After looking at our room we were given large glasses of a lovely chilled rose wine and sweet biscuits. We took a walk to have a look around the area and the family dogs came with us as guides!
We had a very tasty meal which was prepared on the grill. We had red wine which was followed by walnut rakija, as an aid to digestion. There was the noise of sheep bells during the night but then this is the countryside.
The following day we had a delightful breakfast which included a freshly made omelette with ham and cheese and Turkish coffee. During the day we visited Krka National Park , a short distance away.
On our second evening we had Peka - meat and potatoes which were cooked 'under the bell', more good wine and rakija. Breakfast the second morning consisted of a platter of cold meats and cheeses, again just so tasty!
The family who run the B & B were extremely welcoming and helpful. I wish we had booked for longer.

While travelling through the length and breadth of Croatia we have stayed at 7 different places. I dare say that this was the most marvelous place of all. Beyond any doubts, you may find many luxury hotels and apartments allover Croatia. But if you planned to get acquainted with Croatian nature and country life, this place would be exactly what you need. You will have an opportunity to see the country life from within.

Hospitable and friendly hostess met us as if we were her best friends. She provided us with all necessary information about the national park. We also did not regret having ordered dinner and breakfast, because those were delicious meals we wont ever forget! The handmade wine is certainly worth trying. The room was modestly furnished, though very cosy, clean and homelike. I would like to come back…

W stayed at Kalpic for the last night of a 5 day visit to Croatia and we found it a perfect place to relax and unwind. We had had a frantic 4 days sightseeing adn island hopping and were glad to be away from the hoards of tourists in places like Dubrovnik and hvar. We had a bit of trouble finding the place (our host told us that signage laws had changed recntly and they had to take road signs down!) but when we did we instantly felt at home. The room itself in the main house was of a lovely standard, similar to a good b and b in the UK, with views over the countryside. We had dinner in their outside communal dining hall/shed. It was prepared on a fired grill by the father of the household and was absolutely delicious, and you should try some of their wines they are actually quite good. We fell asleep feeling totally relaxed that night, the only downside being the noise of the bell on the sheep next door in the morning!
