If it wasn't for the great staff who assisted us all through and the location 5 minutes walk from the beach, I would definitely take this to 1 star review. Okay, the staff was great, always available with a smile on their face and very helpful. The location is amazing, not loud just right. People were nice and the beach was just couple minutes walk away, some bars and restaurants could be found close however from the city centre its very far, you'd need to get bus every day to get there. The rooms... Absolutely disgusting, 0 hygiene, bad smell we couldn't stay too much in the room even if we wanted to as it was unbearble, the beds are very dirty, pillow unusable i wouldn't put my head on it, we had to use our own. I read a lot about the food, it's not that bad, basic breakfast that's right but you get what you paid for that extra couple of euros, don't expect caviar. For couple day staying maybe you can handle it but for more, definitely not a good decision!

From outside you see the new building which hosts rooms and reception which looks quite nice. However we had a triple room for just the 2 of us which badly needed updating. The shower room and toilet were very old and not particularly clean, the bar wasnt open when it was suppose to be and the breakfast was very basic with no hot drinks as the machine wasnt working. I was glad we were only staying one night, location however is quite good.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a school trip and it was terrible. The rooms were small, dirty, and infested with bugs — I came home with 25+ bites. The food was below average. I would never suggest staying here.

Location is perfect If you wanna stay at the beach. To Borik and Diklo beach you just have to walk 5 to 10 minutes. To the city centre you can walk, 20 or 30 minutes, or take the bus. Number 5 or 8 will bring you in about ten minutes to the centre. Bathroom and Room was clean. Facilities simple and basic. For two nights definitely okay. The bed was very simple. The linen had spots and holes in it and it was squeaking by every move. You could here everything on the floor the whole building is very clairaudient especially when you are on the same floor with a group of 13 and 14 year old teenagers. I was traveling alone and in off season maybe you have better luck during summer holidays :-) the staff was alright but they seemed stressed by every question I had. The WIFI was horrible! Every ten minutes it kicks you out and you have to connect again. One evening I couldn't even connect at all. Staying for 2 nights was okay especially when you want to have a cheap accommodation right at the beach!

Great location, really next to the sea, good food, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good bar.The only disadvantage is that city center is 4 km away,so either you walk for long or you take a bus which is not cheap in my opinion(about 2 euros roundtrip)
