The Hostel is walking distance to Kolovare beach, the bus station and shops . Its like a shared apartment so it has a fridge, kettle but no stove for cooking so not ideal if you staying for longer time however with Zadar restaurants or light meals you don't need if you staying for a short time
The mattres was terrible - so uncomfortable(the all vacation, I wasn't able to sleep good because my back hurts me) There was a Pakistan guy, which bring another friend after midnight to sleep with us. The hostes doesn't allow us to stay with the hilarious excuse - the space wasn't enough Only stars are for a/c and bathrooms
I was in this hostel for 4 nights and it was nice time. I stayed in a room for 9 people, but I was there alone for 2 days because in this time isn't the main season and because of Covid, I think. The room and a bathroom were modern and all clean. The staff was really helpful and wiling. Little kitchen with fridge and some other things is big plus. It was really nice to stay here. And i can to recommend this place for all traveller.
Location is great, old town is near, beach is 10 minutes away. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Room was nice and clean and so was the bathroom even though we shared it with another room. Overall great for the price we paid.
The hostel is located right near the bus station making it only a 20 minute bus from the airport. It is a really modern and clean hostel and the staff here are excellent. I would definitely recommend this hostel as a place to stay if you are visiting the beautiful Croatian city of Zadar.
Great value for money and clean (although we discovered some dusty spots in our room). We arrived earlier, but we could still check in and the woman in the reception was very friendly and helpful. The place was quiet, AC was working, the bed was very big and comfortable and we had a very good night’s sleep. The only minus point is the shared bathroom, so consider it if you plan on staying for more than a couple of nights. All in all pretty much ok, and I would recommend it for a short trip.
The best hostel I have ever visited. I had a problem with my flight and it delayed for three hours after the check in policy but they still accepted me. The hostel is next to the sea, in a nice building. It was very clean and the bed linen smelled so fresh like home! The stuff is very kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend it!
Let’s start with the positives: quirky, modern interior design, access to a shared kitchen, decent shower and close to the old town of Zadar (15 to 20 min walk). But then there was the lumpy mattress that impeded a good night sleep. The frequent noise from the neighbors upstairs and next door could also disturb your peace. The hostel is located on the ground floor of an apartment building so noise is inevitable. I’m booked a double room with garden view ... it turned out to a room with a street view and yes it did look out on their grass patch in front of the building and the park across the road, but it’s not a garden view. The room also smelt of cigarette smoke. But if you aren’t fuzzy, you can get a good deal.
The hostel "The Hostel" in Zadar lies on the intersection of the harbour, facing a garden and just before getting into the old town. This means that it is a quiet place close to facilities (shopping mall, supermarkets,...) and at the same time a 10 minutes walk to the city center. The staff is highly sensitive to your demands and questions. The rooms are fine and bathroom well designed. The cleanliness is also a good point.
The room was clean and safe. However it is not necessarily a place I would recommend for a good night's sleep as the walls and doors are very thin. We only stayed for 1 night. No breakfast, the hostel is tiny, more like a renovated apartment, but good value for money.
