Smelly bathroom when we entered the room. After notefying the staff on this we got a vague excuse, that it never happened before. The smell came back every afternoon though and nothing was done. Matrass was uncomfortable, and was barely made up. Kitchenette was a small fridge, water boiler and 2 cups. Plus was that it was close to the... More

Stayed here under the impression I was staying at Villa Diana which looks lovely, make sure you are reading the right reviews...Arrived, they took photographs of our passports (?) and went through a map which was helpful....and then we were put in a tiny room with 2 single beds, when I questioned this they said I had paid the lowest... Villa diana was a pretty bad experience for me. The hot water ran out in the middle of my shower, the pillows are bad, the fridge was turned off and open when I entered the room, and the tap was loose and we only had boiling hot water for some moments. I would not say I have very high standards... More

We stayed here for five days and were greeted with a very friendly staff member. He gave us some excellent recommendations and we were pleased to be so near the ocean. The room was a decent size and we had a balcony, however the bed and blanket weren't of the best quality and the shower was on the smaller size. We... More

I would've given this a better review, but the rooms are very small (we could barely walk around our two bags) and the balcony overlooked a parking lot (not the beach like we had booked). Its a fine location since we had a car.....but if you didn't have a car, it would be very far from Old Town Zadar. Had... More

The Hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms are clean and the top floor has a great view on sunset over adrianic ocean. Without a doubt the best thing about this place is however the staff. Whatever we request whether it was advices on locations around the city or services like extra plankets they were all deliver without a moment... More

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially helping us call our previous hotel when we realised we'd left something behind. Rooms are basic but clean and pleasant. Breakfast available, and also a shop next door with groceries, pastries etc. Don't confuse this place with another Villa Diana in Zadar which is closer to the... More

Great people & good I would definitely recommend Villa Diana. Super friendly hosts, good location by the beach & just a short bus to the old town. Clean & spacious room with a big balcony for only 25 euros a night - deal!

This property is in a residential area within 5 minutes walk from the pebbly beach. There are several restaurants within walking distance, free parking across the street, and a corner shop next door. The room I had was in lower level, very basic but clean. There is a balcony but it was next to a driveway and attached to the... More
