Basic clean hotel with a small swimming pool. The staff forbade the use of a swimming ring in the pool. Beautiful sea view. Breakfast is not included in the price (16e/person). The room is only cleaned upon separate request. The room had two balconies, one with no furniture and the other with two chairs and a small table. I would have liked more balcony furniture so that there would have been enough seating for everyone. The bottom slats of the extra bed were broken and the springs in the mattress pressed on the back. The big bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. Perfect location by the sea and a shop nearby, as well as a bus stop. I've gotten better value for money, but this is just fine for a week's vacation.

Manipulative description of their rooms. Room was dirty, with mould on the walls, and in the shower. The fridge was rusty. And the smell of rotten humidity suffocating. The room was not on ground floor as claimed with see view, rather a Souterrain where one could only see the pool. The so called terrace of the room is actually storage for pool supplies as you see in the photos, and sleeping is impossible if you do not request that the guests from the other rooms leave the pool side and go to their rooms! Just horrible. One staffer was extremely friendly and tried to make it all better, but sadly his hands were tied by the greedy arrogant owner!

I recently stayed overnight here before flying back to the UK, it's a lovely little hotel, well more of a B&B all bedrooms are ensuite & mine & the few I saw are a really good size with a balcony, some larger than others. It's well decorated, clean & on the beach. It's also within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants: Mama Mia - book in advance & Sime - pizza place. Would definitely recommend.

Was a lovely villa nice room and great view. The staff were helpful and let us store our luggage the following day as we had a late departure ... they even provided us with towels and shower facilities to use after our day sunbathing. Hotel is in a quiet location. We saw the most amazing sunset from our balcony ... Also great you can access the beach for a dip in the sea.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights during a week touring Croatia. Great location, right on the sea, bus stop next door and done local cafes and restaurants. Easy access to Zadar city. The pool is nice and there are plenty of loungers and seats. There were a couple of things that needed fixing like the shower holder, towel rail and also broken sun loungers.

This was a nice place to stay. The staff were particularly helpful and pleasant. Parking can be a problem but the staff got us somewhere nearby to park for free The room was quite small for a couple. Shower was particularly tight and we had no hot water at one stage. Our fault as it seems there is a switch for the Emerson heater in every room. Unusual. We didn't bother with breakfast. €10 per person seemed excessive. The pool out the back backs onto the walkway along the sea shore. Lovely place for a stroll and to watch the glorious sunsets. Would I stay here again? I'm not sure. Would have preferred an hotel with a bar to sip a glass of wine outside watching that sun go down. They recommended two nearby restaurants. One was closed both nights we stayed and the other was ok. Just ok. However we called into another small hotel for a drink on our last night and ordered food. I had the nicest bruschetta ever!!

Small, perfectly located villa right on the Adriatic with a private pool and lounge area. excellent for a romantic get away. 25 Meters from a full service market and ATM. Several good restaurants within walking distance. The owner lives on the property and the staff is simply the best! I have been coming here for over 6 years and every year it gets better.

Its a really nice hotel! With a perfect beach location! A nice sized pool not big enough to swim lengths but a nice dip when your too hot is lovely. Great location just outside of the main busy part of zadar, it costs 40 kuna to get into zadar old town by taxi. The hotel reception calls you a taxi when you need. The room was very nice we had room 1 on the bottom where the bathroom was massive with a really big bath, the room was cleaned daily. Overall I would recommend this hotel just for the location backing onto the sea.
