Our room looked nothing like the photos and was rather small, the sofa bed was not made up (despite the request when booking) and when it was set up there was no space left in the room. Some of the shower fittings were broken too. It was a short distance from the reception, and I guess they have diffrent rooms in diffrent buildings. The view of the church was good.
We were greeted by the most serviceminded and helpful host I have ever met. The apartments are a bit spread around downtown, and there was also some stairs to drag our luggage up, but that was not a problem for us. Our host even showed us the way in person and helped us with the luggage. The rooms were nice and clean - the only thing we missed were a reading light by the bed. The locatian was awesome, right in the lovely center of Zadar.
Very good Restaurant and super Lokation in the Center of Zadar perfekt. We liked Carlos and as well the Resaurant Crew. Food is exellent. A CROATIEN ITALIAN FUSION Rooms are Clean and fully aquiped. We come back and thats for sure. K.
Having just spent four night’s at Central Apartments from the moment we checked in to checkout it was a great experience. Location was right in the heart of the old town a compact apartment with everything you need for a city break, decent A/C ,good shower, big fridge, satellite tv,nothing to complain about! Breakfast was in a restaurant which doubled up as the reception area which was located just behind our room, all the staff involved here were very helpful. My wife and I wouldn’t hesitate staying with these guys again!
They own multiple apartments around the city and host you in them accordingly, so not the typical "hotel" per se. Which makes sense, I don't think we saw a hotel in the old town. This adds to Zadar's charm. Zadar is tiny, so location within the old town does not really matter so much, however our location was perfect. Right in the main square. Marko greeted us warmly and walked us to the apartment and told us about the city. Everyone that worked there seemed very nice. Apartment had everything you would need, and breakfast was great!
Ok I want to start with the caveat that this 'hotel' has apartments all over the the city and we stayed in the studio just outside the DM supermarket. To start with a positive the location could not have been better right in the heart of the old town so that was a big plus. The apartment itself was where for us it started to go downhill - It felt like the whole place was just a bit run down and needed to have some money spent on it. The bathroom was very dated, there wasn't a fixture for the shower head so having a shower was awkward and we had an issue with the hot water. To be more specific around the hot water, we found that it didn't seem to last very long and as a result you needed to wait a good twenty to thirty minutes between showers or run the risk of having a cold one!! Breakfast which was included in our deal was also really disappointing. The way it worked was that you are given a menu with five or six options to choose 'a la carte' style but the portion sizes were really small. Breakfast included one hot drink and if you decided that you would like a refill we were sternly told that we would have to pay extra - how ridiculous!!! Our overall impression of breakfast was that the hotel was trying to be as stingy as possible with it's breakfast offering in order to maximise profits - how much would it have costed for them to top up my coffee??? So there you have it, I'm sorry but really can't recommend.…
This location was perfect, the room was very comfortable and spacious and the hotel host was absolutely charming. Our room had a spacious shower with lots of power and plenty of hot water. You are given one set of keys, the key must be inside the room in a place-holder in order to operate any electricity. This was the only thing about this room that was a bit of a pain because we couldn't charge our phones unless we were in the room. This consortium actually has a number of rooms scattered throughout the town. Ours happened to be just around the corner from the Cafe which doubles as their guest registration. Breakfast is included and you are able to order off a menu for this meal.
We spent one night in Zadar in July 2018 during our Croatian trip consisting of the route Makarska - Krka- Zadar - Plitvice - Trogir. The stop at Zadar was to get some rest after visiting Krka and getting ready for Plitvice. It was a bit difficulty to find the reception. You could not reach it by car, so we had to park it elsewhere and get the last 100 meters by foot. The check in was fast, and the receptionist took us to our apartment (I think it was apartment #4). It was located at the main street, was an renovated on-room flat in a 100 years old building. The first impression was truly positive, the renovation had worked out well and the room was quite modern. The only thing we missed was a wardrobe to put our clothes. The room took four persons, where our kids slept on the bed sofa. The room had wifi that worked quite well. The location of our apartment was perfectly in the center of Zadar, with short walking distance to the pier with Sea Organ and to the other sight seeings nearby. This was a definitive advantage as we had issues finding a parking place for the car. Once you find one, you will not want to change it. The public parking places are divided in zones, where the more central zones are a bit more expensive. Maximum parking time is three hours (08-22) so you need to buy a new ticket every three hours. We ate breakfast in the reception restaurant, which was sort of a disappointment. You had to pick a menu item out of 5-6 options, and the portions were quite small. If you want an extra cup of coffee you'll have to pay for it. This was a big difference to the buffet breakfasts we are used to during our trips. I would recommend to take the breakfast elsewhere if you need a steady breakfast to get you going. + : Location, apartment interior - : Parking issue, breakfast, value for price…
Highly recommended. Immaculately clean stylishly decorated mini appt. very central in middle of old city. Very friendly and helpful restaurant and reception staff. I would recommend particularly to families or couples on a week-end break
What a amazing city we just loved Zadar and the people of Zadar are so warm. We stayed at the Central Apartments - Integrated Hotel and our stay was wonderful. Our rooms were spotless and the staff was so warm and so very helpful. They went out of there way to welcome us and to make sure all of our needs were attended to. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Zadar. This a a 5 star hotel.
