The Hotel is great, although we found that 1 of the beds in our room was not comfortable. Most of the people there were nice, except a couple of them in the SPA always mentioning about 1 hour max stay policy, And to mention as well that the wet room is permanently switched off. ( Not due to Covid-19 restrictions, as other similar hotels have it on.) But would you want to hear about timing if you are to go for a SPA to relax?!?! Breakfast and dinner, are ok, but far from being as good as similar hotels nearby.
We originally booked for 4 nights but after the first 2 nights we decided to book another 3 nights so in total we stayed for 7 nights. The hotel staff and service was excellent. We booked a 1 bedroom suite that was very spacious, clean and comfortable with all the room facilities we would expect. The facilities, gym, pools and spa were great and no issues with regards to social distancing, whilst this is a 4 star hotel it was better than some 5 star hotels that we have stayed at. Planning to return in 2022.
Proffesional and kind workstaff. Everything was clean and food was great! Location of the hotel is 4 km away from the city in a quiet and green surrounding. Hotel has all facilities you need for a pleasant stay. Deffinetely will visit again.
Booked a double premium sea view room, half board - breakfast and dinner with British Airways holidays. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was brilliant, very impressed. The hotel is literally a skip away from Pula airport, took about 10 minutes to get there, on a Saturday. We also booked the transfers through BA and that worked a treat. The hotel is on a fantastic holiday resort, great walks, trails and a working harbour. The coastal scenery is breathtaking. The bus stop is a few minutes away from the hotel and you can take a 15/20 ride into Pula town and see the ancient sites, which are great. Staff at reception were amazing, very efficient, informative, helpful and caring. Our sincere thanks in particular to Ysabeau, Petar, Romeo. Our room (#130) was fabulous, great space, bathroom, balcony. Perfectly clean, our cleaning lady, Kata was wonderful but there are massive stains on the carpet, by the bed and mini fridge, which is not pleasant. Would recommend carpet be replaced as soon as possible. Yes, the Hotel building is dated and it shows, nevertheless, the decor is modern and stylish. Breakfasts and Dinners were great, plenty of choice for meat eaters and vegetarians. However, a lady was complaining about not having Vegan options, this is perhaps a new concept in Croatia but I’m sure the hotel took on board recommendations. If there is a particular dietary requirement, then it might be a good idea to let the reception know upon arrival. My only recommendation for the dining area is for dishes to be labelled properly, for example: “Vegetarian” “Gluten Free” “Vegan” We had lunch at the Yacht club restaurant twice, prices are reasonable and the view is spectacular. Staff efficient and service very good. Had soft drinks and sandwiches from the pool bar, all good, again prices were reasonable. Cocktails at the Luna bar were wonderfully prepared by Valentina. Nice treat. We also used the Wellness facility for sauna, swimming, hot stones massage and manicure/pedicure. Staff there are super! Prices are reasonable and service was excellent. Our thanks to Dora, who is a great Therapist. Finally, the grounds of the hotel expand to the inlet of the Adriatic Sea, and wow! It was fabulous to sunbathe or just sit with a drink and watch the boats go in and out of the harbour. The gardens around are lovely, filled with mature trees and shrubs. Bearing in mind it was October, the areas looked lush. Highly recommend and if we’re back in Pula, Park Plaza is where we would stay again.…
We enjoyed ourselves and had a good view of the water. The people at the front desk were very accommodating. The access to the water is great and the pool has a nice location. The restoration is a good place to spend some time
