Rock Hostel Pula wa absolutely marvellous and you can tell that the people who designed it really put thought and care into maximising the guest experience. I was here for 4 nights, which is a pretty long stay by my usual travel standards as I wanted to wind down a bit, and could not have been happier with my time here. The hostel is brand new and the beds are big, wide and spacey, with socket chargers and night lights as well as a shelf to each bed, and curtains for privacy. I booked a 4 bed dorm, though had the entire room to myself as it was off season. Adil, the manager, went out of her way to be helpful and helped me plan a day trip to the Brijuni islands. The hostel is linked with one of the local bars there and you can head over and get a free rakia, which is only a plus. Location was good and everything is within 10 mins walking distance, including the bus station, the Forum which is right next to the hostel, the seafront, and the old town. Supermarkets and coffee shops are also in the vicinity, and if you want a change of diet or to save some money, there's a Maccy D's 5 mins away because we've all been there. Pula isn't large so everything is pretty compact and accessible. 10/10 would recommend.

The location was great and very central just around the corner of the Amphitheater. You can reach city centre with shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars easily by foot. Parking is a bit challenging but you can find free parking spaces within a walking distance. The rooms, bathroom and common area are clean and designed with love. Only minus for us during our stay were the thin walls due which you can hear pretty much everything that's happening in the buidling. nervheless, it was a pleasent stay with great hosts and we would recommend the place for a quick city trip to Pula.

Very pleased with the hostel. Was apprehensive as not solo travelled for many years. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. You even get a free drink token for the Rock Bar! Very clean room and the curtain for bottom bunk is a brilliant addition, especially as they are mixed gender rooms. Shower looked new and very well looked after. Each bed has own light and power supply. Top floor a small terrace and living area. Two ring hob, microwave and fridge. Local to most attractions and bus station is in walking distance. Towels provided but are quite SMALL. One thing that would make it even better would be a few teabags and some coffee. Will be returning! Great value for money.

While strolling from the bus station, after stumbling upon the Roman Theatre, you are just where you need to be: Rock Hostel Pula. After a friendly welcome the en-suite room caters to the travellers needs like the stylish boutique hostel it is & upstairs the kitchenette, balcony and comfy chairs offer a good place for a cup of tea on a rainy day. The Rock music you will find just around the corner in the Rock Cafe, so don't worry: in the hostel itself the music theme is very well carried out in decoration but it is more quiet than a mouse. Rock on Pula !

We were in single room apartment with small bathroom, room number 4. Everything in apartment was perfect - Service, room organization, furniture, very clean bathroom and room, nice big roof terrace. Next to hostel is good and cheap fast food with cheesburgers, healthy fast food and 0-24 small market. Only con was really loud street traffic. You have to sleep with closed widows and turned on air condition, wich i dont like. Window quality is first class and after you close one noise level will be really low.
