Prijeko Palace, the Isusovich-Braichi palace on Ulica Prijeko 24, is one of Dubrovniks iconic buildings. The building has a long and rich history. The noble family Isusevic-Braichi constructs the house in 1470. The architect was Giorgio da Sebenico, a famous architect in that time. The palace passed through violent ages with fires, war, depredation and earthquakes. The earthquake of 1667 was the worst; 2 floors of the palace collapsed and were never restored in its old shape. Over these turbulent years the palace was significantly damaged and lot of the valuable parts were either stripped or destroyed. Ownership of the building changed hands more times and was in 2004 acquired by Acquest doo. The interior of Prijeko Palace went through a complete restoration in order to modernise the building and bring back to its former glory, with thanks to the government of Croatia, which allows the owners to do so. Prijeko Palace is renovated to the highest standard and has regained its original beauty. The renovations were performed in close cooperation with architect Zeljko Pekovic (Omeega Engineering), the building company Vodpija and the local conservators. Prijeko Palace is renovated to the highest standard and has regained its original beauty. The impressive palace is situated on Ulica Prijeko, in the middle of the Old City of Dubrovnik. Prijeko Palace offers now a high degree of luxury and customizable renting plans in its 9 double rooms. The individually decorated rooms make it ideal for romantic getaways, honeymoons, wedding parties, exclusive use, executive meetings, hideaways... It is possible to rent an entire floor or even the entire building if needed. The aim of Prijeko Pacace is that our guests should not have the feeling of staying in a regular hotel, but more the feeling of staying at a renaissance heritage building with the services and privacy that comes with it. Prijeko Palace is the perfect harmony of the past and the present.

We stayed here very spontaneously for 5 days at the end of July and the staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful with all the amenities we could need including a fridge and coffee machine! Breakfast was delicious every day with multiple options including some suitable for vegans. Even when we ate in the Stara Loza restaurant one evening the staff were more than happy to accommodate with editing some dishes to make them suitable for me as I can't have dairy and don't eat meat. The food was INCREDIBLE, one of the most delicious meals we've had. We very last minute decided to extend our stay by an extra night and the man on reception moved us to the balcony room which was just breathtaking. It was so kind of him, and such a treat! Our balcony was beautiful with bunches of grapes hanging above it and a really high ceiling in the bedroom. I couldn't recommend this hotel more, it's location is right in the centre of the old town near hundreds of delicious restaurants and beautiful architecture everywhere you turn.

A fantastic family stay. Prijeko Palace is a beautifully situated hotel located in the historic center of Dubrovnik. The building itself is an architectural wonder and has been lovingly restored whilst retaining all of its original charm and warmth. It is tastefully furnished with art and paintings from many famous artists. The rooms are unique and stylish and equipped with all the modern comforts you would expect to find. The personnel are extremely friendly and hospitable. Their service puts you at eases and make you feel like you are really on holiday. Dining in the hotel restaurant, Stara Loza, is also highly recommended. They offer an extensive menu with a dining experience just as good as you’d find in some Michelin star establishments. All in all, we enjoyed our stay enormously. A gorgeous hotel in a beautiful city. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended! Family Profijt The Netherlands

We stayed at the Prijeko Palace for four nights and were bowled over with the place. It is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in and we absolutely loved everything about it. The location in the heart of the old town is perfect and it is on a lovely atmospheric street that is lined with great restaurants. The decor is quirky but tasteful and the hotel is very attractive and comfortable. Our room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. We ate in the hotel and found the food and service to be excellent too. This is a great hotel!

This hotel is inside the castle walls. Really cool place to stay. It's a small hotel but you won't find a Four Seasons inside the castle walls so this is a good option. It's uniquely decorated, but we found that fascinating, some find it odd. I don't know why anyone would post a negative comment about how the hotel is decorated, there are tons of photos of the hotel on their website when booking so they are seeing what they will get. It's fun to stay inside the castle walls, close to all attractions, great restaurants and bars. The restaurant in the hotel has great food! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it's noisy at night. There are a few bars close to the hotel so you can hear the music from those places until 3-4am. It's not to loud when you're inside the room but you can still hear it. Reading other reviews, it seems this is a common issue for most hotels inside the walls.
